נהניינו מאד לשהות במלון . המיקום של המלון נהדר,החדר היה מצוין האירוח היה לעילא ולעילא והשירות יוצא

המלון ממוקם במקום מרכזי מעולה . החדר נקי מאד נוח מאד ונעים מאד. כל מה שביקשנו קיבלנו. יחד עם זאת חבל שאין בחדר מכונת אספסו . אשר לארוחת הבוקר, ארוחה מצויינת כל מה שעולה על דעתך , יש בה. אלא שלא הכל גלוי בפני האורח . פרט לשולחן הפירות היוגורטים והמאפים, שולחן עשיר ועמוס בדברים טובים , שהוא גלוי ונראה לעין את.ה צריך.כה לקרוא התפריט ולהזמין מתוכו את מה שאתה רוצה לאכול

אהבנו הכל ,וכנראה שנשוב למלון הזה שוב.

Whatever they’re rated, they didn’t earn it during our stay.
Pros:

Good location, the room was spacious, good gym

Cons:

We emailed ahead of arrival because my wife was pumping and we needed freezer storage for breastmilk. They confirmed it, handled it fine for three days, then someone moved everything to the fridge on day four without telling us. It all thawed. Three days of milk gone. They apologized and that was it — no gesture, nothing.

Checked into a room that was like a sauna. Turned the AC on, left, came back hours later and it was still roasting. They admitted the fault and we had to switch rooms late at night after already unpacking. Housekeeping should have caught this before we ever walked in — the room faces the sun, it wasn’t hard to miss.

Breakfast is “included” but it’s actually a £40 daily credit, which sounds fine until you’re sitting there and a coffee, juice, egg dish and splitting one extra thing already pushes you over. We paid extra every single day. Cheap move for a hotel that isn’t cheap at all.

Splendidi, un grazie a tutto lo staff. Attento e premuroso.
Pros:

Ambiente raffinato, molto caloroso.
Ambienti comuni spaziosi e confortevoli.
Colazione ottima e molto varia sia nel dolce che salato.
Servizio ottimo e personale gentilissimo.
L’arredamento e’ sicuramente un punto di forza.
La centralità dell’hotel permette di raggiungere molti posti a piedi.
L’invisibilità del servizio pulizie: non ho mai visto né un carrettino delle pulizie, né una cameriera. Eppure era sempre tutto pulitissimo.

Cons:

In realtà molto poco, forse aggiungerei una macchinetta per il caffè in camera.
L’avrei gradita.
Forse la stanza un po’ più grande, ma immagino su questo non si possa dare nulla.

The perfect hotel for me, wonderful accommodation, service, and food and drink.
Pros:

The room was perfect for me, the room was located at the end of the corridor (200) so very quiet, great choice for breakfast, also had dinner on my first night, excellent food, and the service as throughout the hotel sets standards other hotels should follow.

A great find and wonderful decor , prompt attentive service too
Pros:

Myself and a colleague were looking for a coffee ahead of meetings at Soho Square. We popped in to the Soho Hotel , and were greeted with a lots of friendly smiles, shown to a gorgeous drawing room /lounge where we had coffee served in wonderful china with a delicious cookie to accompany . The service was prompt and friendly , such a lovely find and a big thank you to the warm welcome by the concierge , will definitely return to explore perhaps lunch next time, or a stay 😊

Cons:

We have to beg for drinking water everyday! We called for water and was told that fresh supplies are only available at 6 p.m. Why didn't they replenish the water when they clean the room? Also, seems like 4 small bottles was the max given. Why there are no complimentary tea or coffee?

Pros:

LA chambre était trés bien - on avait juste la vue sur les systeme de climatisation posé en face du batiment en face - un peu bruyant
Emplacement central mais discret - 1éré fois dans Soho très sympa à découvrir malgré le grand nombre de personnes dans la rue
Dej on a pris les pet dej qui sont trés bien et fait un light dinner avant prendre eurostar tres bon club sandwich et cesar salade chef tres bien attentionné à nos demande et surtout la dame qui nous a servi d'orgine polonaise/ukranienne a éétait excellente

Cons:

Avoir une machine a cafe.the dan sla chambre - il y a bcp d'alcool dans toutes les formes - cela aurait été apprecié surtout c'est la norme dans un hotel 5 stars..
