There was no housekeeping for several days until we asked. There was no shower service; we had to ask twice.

The bed was hard.
My 14yr old liked the breakfast. I liked how it is centrally located to the airport and places to eat.
The rooms interior was just ok. I did need to change rooms due to the condition of the inital room. I have pictures attached to show the condition of the first room. The photo with the trays the door was missing?? The other picture is the second room which included the door! Lol. The last picture is the tub!

La Señora que me hizo el "Check out" muy prepotente y poco educada ( Mansger?) nada parecida al resto del personal del Hotel. Cuando le manifesté mi mal estar me dijo que todos los reclamos y peticiones eran a Booking.com. Ademas, se negó a darme su nombre.
Close to the airport and downtown West Palm Beach. Better breakfast than most
Paying $5/ day to park. Large parking lot and not in downtown
When I arrived there was no shower curtain and the sink wouldn’t drain. It was taken care of that day.
When I left the front desk clerk had no smile, hope you come again, have a nice day. The greeting when I arrived in the evening was much nicer after a long day.
I stay at the Hampton probably 3 times a year.
Nice breakfast. Pool was lovely. Nice variety of snacks though a bit expensive. Free airport shuttle was a great bonus. The room was very clean and very large. My wife and daughter were not sharing the room but if we brought our 15-year-old daughter it would be nice to have a divider in the room.
I have no complaints
It was close to my sport venue and Brightline station.
