Het personeel was goed en super aardig en heeft ons een nieuwe kamer gegeven nadat we hadden aangegeven dat de kamer niet fijn was.
The young women at the front desk Melissa was just the sweetest and so concerned and tried to help us and felt bad as we changed 2 different rooms and was asked to go to a third different room. The TV broke in the first room the handyman didn't speak english and for 20 mins kept trying to just wiggle the cords. I said we are going to need a different TV as I was waiting to watch my Monday night football game ! The handyman said no store open we have to wait until tomorrow. I said nope I wasn't ! The second room that we moved to the phone didn't work and how we found that out was the Melissa girl front desk tried calling our second room phone ring when I picked up nothing. She tried 3 times . Then NOT Melissa but another women called my cell phone and said they where trying to call me to see how our new room was. I chuckled and said you can see as the phone doesn't work and as I was on my cell phone with her I plugged phone in at and on the night stand and we had sparks that shot out . I told her and she said she was going to move us again. . I said I want to see the room before I pack my stuff up again ! I open my door and the not so lovely women was upset that i bothered her at all . She didn't look like she wanted to work or even be there .. she said it's the best room we have . She opened the door and there was only one bed ! I said only one bed she said it has a couch ! I said no I'll stay where we are at ! . I walked down and saw Melissa again this poor girl all she did was apologize. She said she let her manager know and there was nothing they could do bc I prepaid . I said you have to prepay to book the room . She said we also sent you up a goody bag I said the 2 small bottles of water and 2 nutra grain bars ? She said yes I chuckled and said I'll leave them for you guys .. So I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone .

Hotel facilities and location to the airport as well as the cruise port terminal
Hotel uses a shuttle service that it shares with another hotel. This experience was horrible...shuttle driver picked us up at the hotel for the return trip to the airport. Diver refused to load our luggage, when i went to get the hotel manager the diver left with our bags, and my adult daughter in the van. driver said my wife would just have to F_ _King wait until he got back. The manager had to call the driver and managed to get him to return, upon returning he literally threw out bags out of the van onto the sidewalk. Your hotel manager paid for an uber so we could get to the airport.

Nos encantó el hotel! ¡Extremadamente limpio y comodo! Nos ofrecieron un upgrade de la habitación por $20 y lo aprevechamos. Nada de ruidos y muy acogedora la atmosfera tanto en la habitacion como en el hotel. De hecho, ya mi esposo y yo los fijamos como uno de nuestros favoritos en West Palm Beach.
Todo nos gustó. No vimos nada negativo!

My room was not cleaned the second day. The cleaner came and I said come back in 5 minutes but she never returned. I told the front desk and it was taken care of

The unexpected cost ($100 for accident charges)that wasn’t explained when I arrived, and the charge for parking. That money was deducted from my vacation enjoyment. I have to wait 5-7 business days before it would be refunded. And it won’t be the full amount due to parking. This wasn’t communicated.
