Great and affordable place to stay
Pros:

Room was spacious enough for us two. free coffee was great to have. Location was great and within walking distance to everything, and bus location right outside. Ropewalk was a great spot to hit up.

The stay was nice , location is great, staff is friendly but they need to update the service to the rooms.
Pros:

I have been coming to this location for the past 5 years and the location is great and the value is affordable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons:

What I don’t like is the laundry facilities were poor and some machines not working. The hotel don’t have quarters to give if you need to wash. The room was never cleaned and I was here 4 days. I even asked for service and no one ever came. I had to keep asking for towels and room necessities to maintain my own room.

Atmosphere ok room condition ok but pool and room cleaning bad
Pros:

The room was not cleaned for 3 days or the trash remove

We requested cleaning several times the pool small and not cleaned sand all the pool no cleaning

Cons:

Cleaning people don’t speak English we requested several times clean they don’t understand

Disappointing
Pros:

Location

Cons:

No A/C in our room. Walked in it was 92 degrees. Called front desk, they sent someone as we waited, technician said it was fixed. It was blowing hot air. Had to finally move rooms, then was walked in on by a staff member. Missed activities at the beach that evening dealing with ordeal.
