La situation et l’accueil
Nous avions l’habitude de séjourner dans cet hôtel mais cette fois ci j’ai trouvé le matelas de mauvaise qualité et le tapis était vraiment très sale et usé

Vreselijke gebrek aan hygiene
Lakens + dekbedovertrek waren vies en werden niet schoongemaakt op verzoek.
Mijn werkgever verzocht een factuur die werd aangevraagd namens de gasten, die ze niet konden samenstellen.

We waren zeer verrast over de ruime kamers voor de locatie van het hotel en de prijs die we betalen. Het is 100% een echt ibis hotel dus heel luxe is het niet. Maar alles was goed schoon en het personeel super vriendelijk.
De bedden waren voor ons wat aan de harde kant. En er werd niet duidelijk aangegeven dat je ook een los croissantje kon aanschaffen ipv een heel ontbijt.
Perfecte locatie. Leuk modern hotel, midden een het centrum. Alles op loopafstand. We hadden eigen fietsen meegenomen. Lekker fietsen naar Scheveningen en door Den Haag. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Lekkere koffie. Aardig personeel. Gratis flesjes gekoeld water vullen. Kamer was goed. Raam kon open ‘s nachts. Hele goed sterke douche. Heel grappig, de badkamer is een soort van aparte ‘cabine’ die in de hotelkamer is geplaatst. Alles aanwezig, zeep en shampoo. Achter het hotel kun je lunchen/ontbijten in de Nutstuin; een secret garden. Café Soof/ het Nutshuis. Als je voor het Ibis staat, is rechts een overdekte gang, dan kom je zo in de tuin (met ook biosscherm buiten, google voor de films). Maar je kunt ook de officiële ingang nemen, dan kom je door de oude Nutsspaarbank. Leuk om te bekijken. Die entree is om de hoek: Riviervismarkt 5.
Goede bedden en goede kussen en een reserve kussen in de kast.
Dat je €5,- per fiets moet betalen, per nacht, om deze in de kelder te kunnen plaatsen.

Die Lage war super. In wenigen Minuten war man in der Innenstadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich!
Im Zimmer fehlte einiges an Ausstattung (Mülleimer, Klobürste usw.). Das Frühstück war etwas enttäuschend. Die Kissen waren unbequem und zu flach.

Toilette und vor allem Duschkabine viel zu eng.
Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt und ist viel hübscher und moderner, als wir das erwartet hätten. Direkt um die Ecke ist man in der City und auch der Palast Noordeinde ist wirklich nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Das Personal ist super nett und die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war auch noch mega, nichts zu beanstanden also!
