Alles war wundervoll, hat uns sehr gefallen, ich war schon zweites Mal dort und komme gerne wieder.

Cons:

Es war eine kleine Unangenehme Situation und zwar: uns wurde nicht direkt mitgeteilt, dass schwimmen in dem SPA Bereich für Kinder nur in eine bestimmte Uhrzeit möglich ist. Da waren wir etwas enttäuscht.

Falta de transparencia en el cobro

Pago la reserva por booking, llego allí y me piden la tarjeta para bloquear 50€ por si consumo algo del minibar. Al día siguiente veo un bloqueo en la tarjeta de los 50€ más a parte el cargo de la reserva otra vez. En recepción de muy malas maneras me dicen que eso es normal y que se devuelve automáticamente después. Que no me pueden dar una factura de la estancia. Pues 10 días después el dinero sigue bloqueado en mi tarjeta. El problema no es el dinero sino la falta de transparencia, que te digan que solo bloquean 50€ y que acaben bloqueando eso más la reserva que ya estaba pagada vía booking.
Muy decepcionante. Para más inri, en el restaurante para cenar había unos huéspedes con un perro al lado de mi mesa, el cual permitían que estuviera con la boca encima de la mesa y comiendo de un plato. Me precio una guarrada asquerosa. Ni en el peor hostal he visto semejante guarrada y encima consentida por el personal del hotel.
Ni volveré ni lo recomendaré.

Une étape parfaite vers l Autriche . Literie de grande qualité , petit déjeuner sublime , personnel très à l écoute ( merci d avoir réceptionné notre vignette environnementale pour notre véhicule )
Les excellents produits de salle de bain
L option sauna a été appréciée et belle piscine
Le partenariat avec la staatsgalerie pour découvrir gratuitement de sublimes collections à deux pas !

Le prix du parking
La carte très réduite au bar pour dîner après 22h et les salades justes correctes ( beaucoup de verdure au détriment des autres ingrédients )

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter!
Die Lage des Hotels ist momentan verständlicherweise nicht ganz so optimal durch die Riesen-Baustelle S21. Aber unabhängig davon ist die Bahnhofsnähe ein absoluter Pluspunkt, und auch sonst ist man sehr schnell zu Fuß in die Stadt gelaufen und erreicht über eine direkt angeschlossene Fußgängerbrücke den Schlossgarten.
