Sehr schönes Auffahrtswochenende in einem noblen Hotel
Pros:

Lage perfekt. U-Bahnstation vor dem Hotel aber auch zu Fuss keine 15min. bis ins Stadtzentrum. Frühstück war sehr gut. Hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles frisch. Wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Sehr schön präsentiert. Zimmer war gross, sauber und hell. Je gratis Willkommenswasser erhalten. Die Betten waren bequem. Gut isoliert kaum Lärm gehört. Personal war stets freundlich. Bar für ein Schlummertrunk sehr einladend. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Alles war wirklich gut. Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Gutes Hotel.
Pros:

Frühstück ist super. Sauber und komfortabel die Hotelanlage

Cons:

An der Rezeption haben wir extrem lange gewartet. Anschließend hat man uns zum falschen Aufzug geschickt und wir mussten hin und her laufen.
Ausserdem hat Parkhausschranke ca. 40 min nicht funktioniert und es warteten mehrere Leute draußen

Das Personal war freundlich und offen für positive als auch negative Kritik.

Cons:

Ich hatte das Hotel wegen dem Pool gebucht, da ich mit meiner Enkelin gereist bin. Vor Ort erfahre ich dann, das Kinder den Pool Nachmittags nur von 16 bis 17 Uhr betreten dürfen. Den Rest der Zeit bis 22 Uhr, ist er ausschließlich den Erwachsenen vorbehalten.

Gutes Hotel für meinen Citytrip
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Mein Zimmer „hintenraus“ zum Garten war superleise. Das Spa ist schön, Massagen sind genial

Cons:

Ich habe zwar kein Problem mit hohen Einstiegen, aber der Einstieg zu Dusche war nicht ohne. Da die Duschtür nicht richtig abschloss lief Wasser auf den Boden des Badezimmers was dann beim raustreten, trotz Handtuch am Boden, zu eine Rutschpartie endete. Ebenfalls überrasche für mich war, dass das Frühstück, egal zu welcher Zeit, zu eine Herausforderung wurde. Plätze Mangelware, Speisen ausgegangen und keine Zeit nachzufüllen etc.; das kenne ich anders.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt für Stadt und Parks. Einmal über Deutschlands bekannteste Baustelle und man ist in der Fußgängerzone oder an den Gleisen. Sauna und Hallenbad ist gut für zwischendurch nutzbar bis 22:00 Uhr Frühstück läst keine Wünsche offen. Laden möglich in der Tiefgarage für 6. E-Autos mit 22 kW.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage hat eine sehr schmale Einfahrt ab 4.80 m Fahrzeugen können es Probleme geben.
