Comfortable overnight stay.
Pros:

The staff, they were all so friendly and helpful. We had an awful day travelling and they made everything much better.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had alot to choose from. Would definitely stay again.

Exceptional Service
Pros:

We were given a perfect disabled room, it was large, very comfortable and well thought out, thank you.We left our car for 6nights and took the Airport transfer bus. All worked exceptionally well also had a good meal and enjoyed our breakfast. Special thanks to Inder, Srushtj, Ishra and our transfer drivers who were brilliant, we have stayed before and will continue to do so

Convenient location BUT extortionate overnight car parking charge and non-functioning EV charger

Convenient location close to Bristol airport for an early morning flight

Cons:

The extortionate cost for the overnight car park of £20 which was NOT advertised and charged at our arrival.
Also the advertised EV charging points were non-functional with prohibited complicated subscription service, which when subscribed still didn’t work. The reception staff was extremely helpful and apologetic but was unable to make it work.

Fantastic!
Pros:

Lovely and modern, on arrival (4am due to plane delays) the staff were incredible, so accommodating to us, ensuring we could get a later check out and made sure our children were accommodated for by providing them with some food before we went to our room. We had a fantastic sleep, albeit not long due to the delays; but it was a lovely room, lovely bed; all round great. Definitely will be back.
