The location was great.

Cons:

The cleanliness fell short of expectations, and the room layout was poor, with the air conditioner right beside the bed, making it uncomfortable. We were also charged for two nights on our card even though the stay had already been prepaid.

Buena relación precio-calidad.
Pros:

Súper limpio, el desayuno bastante surtido y todo lo que había, muy rico. El personal todos amables, aunque no todos hablaban en español, lográbamos entendernos. Por otro lado, me pareció práctico el transporte a los parques temáticos.

Cons:

El sofá cama. Debería ser renovado. Solo eso. El resto excelente.

Pros:

Good location. They have Micky Mouse waffles, great for children.

Cons:

The photo of the room does not show the real size of the room. If you open the sofa bed, it is not possible to walk by to reach the other two double beds. The mattress on the sofa bed was not clean.
The table put in front of tge sofa bed had a loose top, so it fell on mtly husband's foot, injuring him. After this injury we had to change our plans, so he does not need to walk that much.
The breakfast is average.

Tenía buena ubicación

Cons:

El personal no es amable ni atento, durante el check in, la señora de recepción no se mostró amable, nos dio indicaciones muy rápido, y no era claro, solo quería que nos retiremos pronto, no hablaba español, le pedí que hablara despacio para entender bien, pero no le gustó, falta mucho en servicio al cliente, y el desayuno no estaba nada apetitoso, los huevos no tienen sabor de nada, y falta mejorarlo

Ideal estancia familias
Pros:

amplitud de habitación. Variedad de servicios con entrega en el hotel ( ideal para cena).

Cons:

Frecuencia de los buses a parques Disney, no existe conexiones con frecuencia, solo a las 9 am para ir, y a media tarde para volver.
Aunque ves que hay restaurantes y puntos para cenar dentro del hotel, están cerrados, a excepción de Starbucks, que está abierto pero con una carta muy limitada para cena ( por lo que aconsejo recurrir a servicios como Uber eats).

Habían cucarachas en mi cuarto,cuando puse el reclamo me cambiaron de habitación y me dieron 15 usd… pero fue como si fuera rutinario y ni me prestaron atención… me sentí muy mal tratado ante una contingencia de higiene y salubridad grave, entiendo podrían haber cerrado parte del hotel si hubiera puesto la denuncia a el departamento de sanidad estatal. Ni les importó nada

Room looked and felt cheap, AC unit raddled the entire stay. TV’s location was not in a good spot. Bed was uncomfortable. Overall not happy and won’t be staying there again.
