Všichni byli velmi milí. Jde o opravdu krásný rezort. Po checkoutu nám umožnili zůstat u bazénu, protože jsme měli večerní let. To bylo opravdu milé gesto.
Pokoje jsou starší, ale na přespání super.
Jediné negativum vnímám, že nám stále nebyl vrácen depozit.

La ubicación. La habitación es amplia y bien dotada.
Estancia de 3 noches, y no hicieron aseo durante la misma, únicamente cambiaron toallas. La habitación tenía dos camas, un día encontramos que tendieron una cama y la otra no. Se informó a la Recepción desde el primer día, pero aún así en los días siguientes no hubo servicio de limpieza para la habitación. Hicieron una retención a la
Tarjeta de crédito que señalaron era en “garantía” pero transcurridos varios días, no se ha reflejado la devolución del dinero.

the cleaning of the room, Rooms are way to small, had to call housekeeping all the time
Decent breakfast, nice play area for kids
The laundry services didn't work correctly. We washed our clothes and the washers didn't spin them which caused the clothes to be dripping wet. Then the dry didn't get dry at all after 5 tries! Horrible. Also there was a giant dip in the bed that caused my mom's hip problems to flare up. She has a rough uncomfortable night. Plus there was a $25 parking fee!!
