Hotel needs to decide if it's family or 18-30
Pros:

Great location, we had a lovely view from our room, pool area lovely, but when they say the pool opens at 10, that is not the pool area, got to be down there by 8.15 to get an umbrella, they don't remove towels. The first week I felt like I was on an 18-30 holiday, large groups of boys coming from Maguluf, security needs to step up, found the hotel very noisy, if u r a light sleeper you won't get any sleep in this hotel, the guys cleaning the pool woke me every single morning between 7 and 7.30. Also had ants in our room the entire 10 days.

Pros:

We as a family love Jardin Del Mar, we return every year.
Fantastic location - the views are tremendous.
Short 5/10 minute walk to beach.
Kids club and entertainment throughout the day is superb. Sandra is fantastic - a lovely club entertainer, my boys like her very much.
Drinks and food at the pool bar is very reasonable, with a good selection.
Rooms are great size and all self catering.
Highly recommend to all, worth the visit.

We have been coming to this hotel for years and we love coming back

Trh jardin del mar, santo ponca, palma mallorca. We stayed as a family of 4, was super fun, relaxing and entertaining.
Pros:

Everything was overrall top level, the food, services and most especially the entertainment. Victor made sure all our needs were met when it comes to recommendations, entertainment and he made our stay especially memorable

Sans bruit et sans cafard, ça aurait été parfait
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour visiter l'île. Proche des grands axes. Appartement de taille correcte.
Buffet du petit déjeuner varié et copieux

Cons:

Le bruit dans la nuit ou au petit matin de jeunes qui commencent la fête dans leur appartement alors qu'il est minuit, ou qui finissent leur nuit par un saut dans la piscine alors que c'est interdit. Il y a un pourtant un vigile mais qui ne se promène pas dans les étages.
J'avais payé pour vue sur mer, du 2e etage, je voulais surtout la piscine.
Gros point noir : nous avons vu un cafard adulte dans notre chambre et un autre dans les parties communes. Et malheureusement nous avons ramener des nymphes de cafards dans nos valises. Le pire souvenir!

Superbe vue sur la baie et hôtel bien situé
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue sur la baie depuis notre chambre, ainsi que la propreté de l’hôtel. Les cours de yoga et d’aquagym sont également très appréciables.
L’hôtel est bien situé, avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité.
Malgré le nombre important de voitures aux alentours, nous avons réussi à nous garer facilement et chaque jour à proximité de l’hôtel.

Cons:

La cuisine est assez basique et la présence d’un micro-ondes serait un vrai plus. Le robinet de la baignoire fonctionnait mal : l’eau coulait simultanément vers la douche et la baignoire, cela fait une consommation d’eau excessive inutilement.
L’isolation phonique des fenêtres est très insuffisante. Nous avons été réveillés vers 5h du matin par des clients qui terminaient leur soirée bruyamment au bord de la piscine, puis à nouveau vers 8h par le passage du souffleur le long de la piscine.
Enfin, nous avons trouvé regrettable le comportement de certains clients qui déposent leur serviette sur les transats pour les réserver, sans pour autant les occuper réellement. Cette pratique est assez irrespectueuse envers les personnes présentes qui souhaitent profiter de la piscine.
