乾淨、舒適、員工親切友善、有疑問都盡力解答協助，早餐是伊斯蘭友善餐點無豬肉，很國際化，空間設備都很用心，提供迎賓茶很貼心，因為下午入住時段高雄真的很熱。很喜歡這家旅館，以後去高雄還會再回訪。
Pros:

乾淨、舒適、員工親切友善、有疑問都盡力解答協助，早餐是伊斯蘭友善餐點無豬肉，很國際化，空間設備都很用心，提供迎賓茶很貼心，因為下午入住時段高雄真的很熱。門口就有ubike很方便，可以騎ubike去旅館特約停車場附近站點還車。

Cons:

已經很好，以下這些點再調整過會更好，就可以有95分了！
1.床墊是傳統彈簧床，睡感偏硬，建議在原有床墊上加個5cm厚的乳膠床墊，可先以一層樓的房間採購量去談，看看住客反應如何，提供我自己睡過的乳膠墊品牌，剛好進口商是在南部（我不是床墊業務）

2.吹風機風量偏小，如果能換風量大的會更好，女性住客多，比較友善
3.早餐蔬果部份上檯前建議先目視檢查一下狀態，如果有點乾癟的挑掉比較好
4.早餐餐檯有些菜色擺放有連貫性會更好，例如蔬菜湯類的應該跟燙蔬菜的餐檯放在附近會比較順，包含要加一些醬料佐料也方便，蔬菜湯的蘿蔔沒燉熟就上檯，有些可惜。
5. 入住時提供迎賓茶很棒，但早上也能提供的話會更好，因為高雄真的無時無刻都很熱。

Pros:

服務人員很像是外籍交換生，服務很好，中文也很好
有提供停車場，但因為有段距離就沒過去停了
入住當天有升級四人房
備品需自備零錢自行投入購買
有提供簡易早餐
大廳有提供簡易飲品和小餅乾

Cons:

浴室超小間
床頭旁沒插座，很不方便，導致吹頭髮也超不方便
