Pros:

Proximity to Government street and stores. We liked the breakfast and their staff. Very helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic. Close to the ferry.

Cons:

Paid parking. Was very disappointed we had to pay for parking. Had it been stated on booking.com we had to pay extra I would have booked a different location.

We were visiting our daughter. The Embassy was a perfect home base.
Pros:

Nothing glamorous or terribly exciting about this hotel, but it offers comfortable rooms and a pretty decent breakfast (although there are three breakfasts on rotation, supplemented by make-your-own waffles, bagels, etc). The location is great, close to the provincial legislature and the harbour. A Red Barn grocery lies a block away and there is a Thrifty’s within easy walking distance.

Mooi hotel op prima locatie
Pros:

Goede locatie, vlakbij jachthaven/centrum. Alles op loopafstand. Ontbijt was goed (buffet) en inbegrepen in de prijs. Goed internet, prima sanitair en airco. Mooie moderne en ruime kamer

Cons:

Eigenlijk viel niets tegen. Parkeren is voor de deur maar wel tegen betaling ( niet heel duur ).

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nur 100m vom inneren Hafen entfernt und somit in idealer Lage.
Die Zimmer entsprechen dem normalen Standart und sind sehr sauber und die Betten sind bequem. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und eine Kaffeemaschine. Ein kleiner Tresor ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Das Frühstück ist unerwartet gut und reichhaltig. Sehr lecker sind die Waffeln mit Erdbeeren. Das Personal ist freundlich und unglaublich aufmerksam. Die Tische werden sofort gereinigt und am Buffet wird alles sofort nachgelegt was fehlt.

Cons:

Das Bad ist sehr klein.
Parkgebühren 25$ pro Tag.

Our go-to hotel in the Victoria Harbour area. Have stayed here before and will do so again.
Pros:

Centrally located with good access to amenities. Nicely appointed rooms with all of the needed items.

Cons:

Room could have used better lighting in some of the areas, but the inconvenience was minor.

The staff are exceptional, they work hard to accommodate requests and are always polite and friendly.
Pros:

It is in an excellent location close to everything. Rooms are very clean. Staff are wonderful.

Great hotel experience in Downtown Victoria for family of 4.
Pros:

Breakfast was filling and delicious, great way to start the day with a family. Staff at the front desk and kitchen were outstanding. I also loved the location, it was so close to downtown and the harbor, we walked everywhere for our entire stay. I would definitely return again.

Nice property, close to everything.
Pros:

The location was great. The breakfast was adequate. Most staff were excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast chef was unpleasant. He was an older gentleman in a white coat. Luckily all other staff were nice,, so our overall experience was good.
