Pros:

This hotel is in an excellent location in the inner harbour. Minutes to walk to the scenic buildings and waterfront. A 20 minute walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. The room was fabulous, spacious and extremely comfortable and the breakfast was great. The staff were professional and friendly. We were able to leave our luggage in storage after checkout

Great location for exploring Victoria’s attractions

Pour un agréable séjour à Victoria
Pros:

L’emplacement au top pour visiter Victoria.
Le personnel est gentil et disponible.

Cons:

La femme de ménage passe tous les jours, mais ne fait pas le ménage, elle ne nettoie même pas la baignoire ou les traces de saleté sur le lavabo ou le pot des WC.
Le petit déjeuner est moyen.
La clim est très ancienne et fait un bruit horrible, il faut absolument l’arrêter pour pouvoir dormir.

I would stay here again because of the location, cleanliness, and wonderful free breakfast.
Pros:

The room was very clean and everything worked. The balcony was also nice. The elevators were fast. The free breakfast was exceptional.

Cons:

One morning there were some loud delivery trucks. The towels were a little rough.

Belle visite du centre-ville de Victoria et des jardins Butchart
Pros:

La localisation de l’hôtel est parfaite et le buffet au petit déjeuner offre plusieurs choix variés et est excellent !

Cons:

On a eu un peu de difficulté à comprendre le fonctionnement du coffre-fort mais le personnel est venu à notre secours rapidement
