An employee of this hotel stole from my room and management refused to do anything
Pros:

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days / 3 nights. While I was there, a hotel employee copied the details of a couple of bank cards which I had left in the room and put almost $2000 of charges on them. The bank manager refused to report this to the police because he couldn't be bothered to do so. If you stay at this hotel, be aware that you can't trust the staff or the management.

Wonderful Breakfast
Pros:

We stay here every year for the Victoria Marathon, and the breakfast continues to be one of the best parts of our trip. The food is always fresh, delicious, and well prepared.

A special shout‑out to Scott in the kitchen. He is absolutely wonderful—kind, welcoming, and someone we genuinely look forward to seeing each October. His warmth and consistency make our mornings feel special.

Already excited for next year.

Restful and enjoyable.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Location was good, easy walking distance to many sights and features of Victoria. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds weren't too high for mobility-challenged seniors. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Comfy, very quiet & loved that windows opened for fresh air and there was a little balcony.
Pros:

Great location. Close to the harbor yet far enough to have "quiet". Loved exploring the areas behind the hotel, in neighborhoods and discovering fun little coffee & tea shops, along with cafes.

Cons:

Another towel hanger/hook in bathroom.
