Exceptional value for money and an outstanding location
Pros:

Wow – I really can't recommend this hotel highly enough. At first glance it's a modern, clean, friendly place – very nice, but nothing that immediately stands out. The real surprise is the value. Compared with the hotels around it, the independently owned Embassy Inn offers exceptional value for money. We genuinely didn't expect somewhere this good at this price.

Then there's the location – simply outstanding. It's just steps from Victoria's main attractions, making it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot.

All in all, this was a tremendous find, and the included breakfast was the perfect finishing touch.

Perfect quiet location close to everything
Pros:

The location was exceptional. It was walking distance from the ferry terminal and a 5 minute walk to downtown restaurants and shops. I had to add a bed at late notice and they were very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

Nothing that I disliked. The beds were a little uncomfortable but not terrible!

breakfast was good. parking fine. room fine, although sheets were like cardboard. It would be nice to have a bar for an afternoon drink. Over-priced, I'd say, but I guess that's Victoria in the summer.

Not what I expected
Pros:

The room was considered a king suite but it was very small, no comfortable chair to even sit on after a long day walking around victoria,seemed a little odd that there was only paper cups in the room for coffee,tea and wine, for the money it cost to stay for 2 nights over $900 it didn't even have some luxury items,
