Great hidden gem for quite peaceful valley view outside Ubud
Pros:

This was an incredible find. Just on outskirts of Ubud, this is such a wonderful location. I think it has it's glory days and now there is a lot of competition. But very beautiful layout and lovely views of their own indoor valley. So happy I found it and could.stsy there.

Cons:

The staff is not really friendly. They are polite, yes, but don't try to think with you and help. It could be that they got tired of tourists from specific 2 countries who try to abuse their kindness, or they were not local Balinese.

Amazing Stay at Bali Spirit Hotel & Spa
Pros:

Everything! The traditional Balinese style buildings, sculptures and greenery it really felt like you were in the jungle! I loved the outdoor shower experience, room was a great size and all the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating! Highly recommend, will definitely stay again next time we are in Bali!
Its also close to the main town but hidden away just enough that you feel secluded!
I also loved that they provided filtered water all throughout the property, was very handy to refill our water bottles as often as we needed!

Bali Spirit feels like a home in paradise
Pros:

Bali Spirit feels like a home in paradise. This is my second time at Bali Spirit and will return as it’s comfortable, close to Ubud Yoga Centre and many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We loved the bar pool and massages. Our room had an outdoor toilet and shower which we will request again. The staff are all friendly at Tanto (restaurant) and cleaning. For breakfast we recommend Balinese dishes, fresh juice and selection of traditional dessert/treats. We love it here and will return!

Cons:

I cannot say, perhaps that we couldn’t stay longer at Bali Spirit and reluctantly returning home.
We appreciate Bali Spirit is amongst the jungle so guests need to understand the difference between cute insects and not so cute insects but we had no issues during our stay especially with bug spray as a prevention.

Love this place! Best walkable peaceful neighborhood.
Pros:

I love this place. It is in the BEST neighborhood for walking around and going to cafes and restaurants. A digital nomad's dream. The property is HUGE. 2 pools, 2 yoga shalas, on the river and amazing gardens that make you feel like you are far from the city even though you are 10 minutes away from everything. I've stayed here 4 times and will be back again. It is my home away from home. I just wish the beds were not so firm. This is old Bali, it's not modern or hip, but it has a sweet charm to it and super friendly staff.

Cons:

More comfortable beds and a little updating would be good.

Beautiful Jungle Resort, Excellent Value for Money
Pros:

This is my 2nd stay in nearly as many months and I have thoroughly enjoyed staying here towards the end of my holidays, to take a chill and totally relax before the journey home... The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, the huge resort grounds are beautiful and meticulously cared for. The staff are absolutely lovely and very welcoming. The main pool is heaven and there are stunning views of the nearby river and jungle. The main street in Ubud takes about 5 minutes with a gojek scooter, so I've never felt isolated, unsafe or too far out. Good value for money too. I'll happily come back again.

Amazing! The best place.
Pros:

Amazing property!! We’ve been talking about this place even three months later. Delicious breakfast and dinner, with the kindest staff members! We loved the pools and location was great to get around! The room we booked was massive with an outdoor shower, will 1000% come back.

Exelent experience, we would definitely recommend and would love to come back .
Pros:

The location was above our expectations. It’s especially perfect for those who are looking for peaceful environment with 2 minutes walking distance to Ubud yoga centre.

Cons:

The property is very well maintained, beautiful swimming pool, besides the river., with bar and restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also provided transport every 2 hours to Ubud and back to the hotel ,which we have found as a big tick.
