A good place for a short-term stay if location is important.

Friendly front desk. They were helpful in getting settled and available. The room was quiet and clean. However, there was no view.

Cons:

Small room with very limited storage for luggage etc. There were few additional amenities or space for relaxing or recreation.

The location was so close to TD garden and walkable distance to tourist spots and North Station. The staff were friendly and very helpful like Carlos in the front desk who heated our food because we didn't have microwave in our room. There are complementary bicycles to use.

The best staff
Pros:

Greatest on all levels. Little boutique hotel. Stayed for a concert at TD Garden around the corner. The standout which will make the hotel my go-to is the staff. Matthew and Carmen are simply the kindest. Matthew is hilarious and Carmen is so kind in the mornings. Rooms are a little on the smaller side but it is expected for Boston. The staff.....please keep them.

Pros:

I loved the idea of a boutique hotel more than the actual experience. The room was clean and the beds comfortable but the room and the bathroom were very small for three people. The staff was great. And before checking out I checked several times to make sure there weren’t any additional charges. I was assured there were none. Then I see an additional charge for $69.87. No explanation after I specifically checked because of reading other reviews! I plan to call about this in the morning but am not optimistic after reading other reviews.
