A little old-fashioned but that makes it extremely special as this kind of hotel hardly exists anymore.
Pros:

Extremely friendly and professional staff (giving hints for sightseeing and restaurant recommendations), large room with comfortable seating and beds, wonderful breakfast made with love and attention, still good to reach the city of Lisbon (20 min with Uber), very good parking options directly in front of the hotel entrance. Building is superb and located opposite Queluz Palace.

Pros:

O que mais gostei foi do atendimento do Sr. João. Foi extremamente amável, acolhedor e fez-me sentir muito bem-vinda. Graças à forma como fui tratada por ele, voltarei certamente a este hotel.
Também gostaria de destacar a excelente limpeza e arrumação do quarto. O trabalho da equipa de housekeeping foi impecável.

Cons:

Quanto aos aspetos menos positivos, sinceramente não tenho muito a apontar. Apenas senti que as funcionárias que estavam durante o dia não foram muito simpáticas comigo. Não sei o motivo, por isso não quero tirar conclusões, mas essa foi a impressão que tive.

Pros:

Atención amable y detallista del personal. La ubicación es buena muy cerquita de Lisboa. Se respira mucha tranquilidad y se descansá muy bien. Alojamiento con historia en entorno bonito. Coche aparcado en la puerta.

Cons:

Echamos en falta un espejo en la habitación y un secador de pelo pero todo muy bien en general.
