Pros:

The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the location.

Cons:

In need of significant upgrades, room had a bad smell, and overall pretty run down. The price was high for this small room. However, compared to most other properties it was less. Skip the breakfast.

Rude staff, stains on bedsheets, smelly bathroom, no refrigerator or microwave, filthy fan, broken room heater. We are not sure our room was cleaned prior to our arrival.

Really low quality place, but still expensive.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

No air conditioning, curtains were falling off the window, window screen was ripped, cigarette burn on the window seat cushion, bed skirts hanging off the beds, hair on the floor of the bathroom, and no bed side lamps. They were over booked and asked me to downgrade my room from a suite to a double for a discount, but I only got a $50 discount of a $700 stay.

Cons:

Very basic room. Ours was located right next to the reception area, which made it a bit noisy at times. The website showed old-style tube TVs, but the hotel has upgraded to flat-screen models. While that is a positive improvement, they chose 32-inch screens; with a slightly larger investment, they could have made a much stronger impression with better-sized TVs.
