Okkione took very good care of me, I travel a lot and she went above and beyond on making me feel right at home
This place is great service was amazing. I made a mistake on my check out date Orrione and was business at the conference. She held my room, rebooked me and did it all with a smile. It was completely my fault and she handled it like a pro. The service at the front desk and the bartender were both amazing. I highly recommend.
I liked that it was central located to everything that I had planned to do. The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable.
-The $100 fee
-The water took a long time before it got hot
-I was not able to get my bill when I checked out and still have yet to receive it.
-The guy that checked me in did not tell me I had a $18 credit per day to use at the bar or restaurant. I found out because I overheard him tell 2 guests on my second day there and when I asked about it he didn’t apologize for not telling me therefore I since I found out late I didn’t get to fully use it all.
Great hotel for business or pleasure!! Rooms are well appointed and timeless, so many unique public spaces to relax and unwind. From the Doorman to the front Desk agent, Orrione, to the Press Room bartender Adam, everyone is gracious and genuine
The best hotel and Orrione is the best!! She’s such great customer service and one reason I keep coming back
Orrione provided a fabulous check in! Beautiful room and experience overall. Will come back!
Orrione was absolutely fantastic!!! She was so welcoming and explained everything! She alone would make us our permanent New Orleans Hotel!
Family trip for Essence Festival. This is located in the perfect location to walk to Bourbon St or the French Quarter. We could easily walk to Caesars Superdome for the concerts and the Convention Center. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were clean. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Breakfast in the Couvant was delicious. We will definitely stay here again.
My stay at the Eliza Jane was one of the better hotel stays I’ve had in a while and I will be back. The rooms are clean and the bar and restaurant are good. The service was what really put it over the top. Everyone was accommodating and Orrione went above and beyond to help me get resettled when my flight out was cancelled and I had to stay overnight. It’s in a great location also that has an interesting history.
Wonderful location and very friendly staff! I really want to highlight Brian from front desk and Shasteen ( Room Director) as they gave us a perfectly warm welcome and helped us without hesitation in a very busy moment! Thanks a lot for having us !
Amazing decor and vibes
Everything was great
Orrione was not only a phenomenal hostesses but always was very considerate of the people she was serving. She’s an amazing woman and so glad to have been in her services
Orrione is a wonderful and helpful person ! She made the Eliza Jane stay even better then ever!
Orionne checked us in a she was so nice and friendly!
Absolutely love this hotel, my first time here and the service is chef's kiss 🤌🏾. Adding to my top 5 places to stay in NOLA! The bar tenders are cool and the front desk don't just give you an answer and send you off, they confirm and make sure everything is good.
Orrione was great. Gave me all the information I needed to get each day started!
The atmosphere at this hotel was just amazing. I love history and this was such a special hotel that we will be coming back to. We have three teenage sons and they actually sat in the library areas and enjoyed time outside of our room with us- which they have never done. We had the parm fries from the bar area and drinks- both fantastic. The outdoor area equally as wonderful. The bartender went out of his way to make it an experience for our children not just another hotel. The front desk staff- outstanding. We stayed in suite, traveling with five, large very accommodating room and i was surprised we didn’t pay more. There was no pool, which our children do enjoy, but given the location, and the atmosphere there, we didn’t miss it. Located right next to the Sazerac, afforded more as well. We did eat breakfast at the hotel- very well done and again, the staff was superb. Can’t wait to come back, although i may not leave the hotel. This is a hotel that is an experience in itself, it will enrich your experience in New Orleans.
