Very convenient for Stansted airport - very short walk to the terminal and easy to find. Stylish and modern, especially the dining and sitting areas, which make a great first impression
The room itself could do with an upgrade. I arrived in a heatwave and although the air conditioning worked, I'd have liked to have got the room a bit cooler. The TV didn't work properly.
Perfect staff really helpful. Cant remeber mixed race ladies name had an accent she was amazing help.

There was no one about at 4 am to get anything to eat before I left so was unable to get room service or the breakfast I paid for extra, there was no one about at all to ask for advice either.
Friendly staff and good atmosphere
Drinking Water should have been offered in room or on check in-
It was the first time staying here as we were flying out very early in the morning. We did not have breakfast because we left at 4am. The room was nice with a big bathroom.
The only thing that was an issue, the airconditioner for us was not cold enough and the room was too warm.
Zimmer war groß genug, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Betten waren sehr bequem. Frühstück reichhaltig und gut. Die Lage zum Flughafen perfekt fußläufig zu erreichen und im Zimmer schön ruhig. Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.
Die Luft im Zimmer könnte etwas besser sein, wie das immer so ist mit Fenstern, die man nicht öffnen kann, wegen der Klimaanlage.
Everything was what I expect in a hotel when I travel
Very slow checkin. Each time I came in this hotel regardless the time or day, there wasn’t enough staff to attend the long queue in reception .
I had a bad experience this time as your cleaning staff entered my room while I was naked , first a man entered without knocking and when I turned he did not even apologized , he just left the room. After 20 min , a girl came without knocking and I have told her that is better if she knocks .
She replied that she did not knock because it’s 20 min passed my checkout time and because I did not put the non disturb sign in the door. ( there was NO sign in the room btw).
She did not say sorry , she felt entitled to enter the room without knocking .
I was very scared when the man entered the room and this invades my privacy .
I need to feel safe in my paid room and not turning around and see a man inside.
I have told reception that is better to tell a manager to train the staff better on this matter .
A food and beverage manager came and did not speak to me even if I was there . She ignored me and spoke to the receptionist who was trying to explain on my behalf .
Then this manager left and receptionist said that this isn’t the right manager and nobody can help me.
I only asked to speak to a manager to inform them about this so they can make sure this won’t happen with other people .
I travel once a week.
I can’t believe your hotel training does not even include “excuse me” in the training that you provide to your staff.
If your hotel policy allows staff in the room, I would like to know at checkin time .
