Friendly staff, clean, excellent facilities, so close to the airport.
Distance to the airport terminal was ideal
Bed was a little uncomfortable
Large, clean room as one would expect. We ate supper at the on-site restaurant. We got there early (6pm) so did not have any issues with seating or service. It did get busier later. The food was perfectly adequate.

I was slightly suprised to see a Security Guard patroling the Reception Area who was not wearing an SIA Badge which is a requirement under current regulations.

The room.was dated with chipped furniture, no bedside cabinets, stains on the wall, switches that did not work, just two power sockets on a desk
I had booked before as the location is perfect to get to the airport without any stress for my early flight the next morning.
And the wine tower is a must see! Love the colours.
Great hotel and it feels familiar now when I go there.

It was easy to get to and beautiful inside
The only thing I didn’t like was we took our cases down to put in luggage hold and when we returned to our room the cleaner was already in there it was 10.30 and check out wasn’t till 12
We needed to be close to the airport and this location was great. Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly.
The food in the hotel restaurant was over priced paying £11 for approx one third of a tub of humus with insufficient flatbread to eat it.
