Quality of service was variable. Reception staff were excellent but there was a large queue to check in. Also had to queue for food and drink at the bar. One of our party ordered a gin and tonic but it tasted strange- more like soda than tonic. The key cards for the room did not work first time.
There was nothing very bad about the hotel (some of it was very good - reception staff were very helpful liaising with wheelchair assistance for our flight) but it all felt a bit inefficient

Right next to the departures area of the airport, perfect for a morning flight to take the stress of travelling early.
Not the cheapest and very busy but probably expected that given where it is.
Excellent location if you are looking to stay close to the airport; no noise whatsoever from airplanes.
Access to gym and swimming pool can be appreciated.
Quick efficient check-in/out
Overall good facilities, yet for bar/ restaurant the food quality was quite low for the ridiculously high prices. And the bar staff was not very friendly.
Our room was quiet, simple but well appointed. It is literally two minutes walking from the terminal so you can't miss your flight.
The receptionist was kind and friendly. We didn't stay long as our flight was early in the morning. Also no breakfast either although they really start early. The bar area was nice and comfy.
It was perfect for what we needed.
The Radisson is my ‘go to’ hotel every time I need to stay in Stansted. It’s just fabulous and the staff is fantastic.also so conveniently located just 5 minutes walk from the terminals.
Staff didnt communicate very well had trouble finding my room . Room service was difficult trying to place an order .
