Pros:

Perfect start to your holiday for those early flights out of Stansted airport.
Pros:

Perfect place to stay prior to flying out of Stansted. Spacious comfortable rooms. Really quiet considering the proximity to the airport. Good food served in the bar. Great value for money overall.

Not worth the cost

Cons:

Very expensive meal in Restaurant....the quality was not what you would expect in a Raddison hotel. There was no shower in my room so I had to run a bath to get clean for my flight. The swimming pool was very small as were the sauna and steamroom..Not what I expected for the nightly rate.

Great place to start a holiday.
Pros:

Room was spacious and comfortable. Took the stress out of travelling to the airport. Enjoyed the bar area which was relaxing.

Good location, comfortable room, I’d stay again definitely and for an able bodied person an excellent place to stay.
Pros:

It was the location I picked it for mainly.

Cons:

I asked for a wake up call and someone to knock on my door as I am extremely deaf but this didn’t happen. When I booked in the young woman was extremely helpful as I am a bit disabled , she took me to my room and said someone would do the wake-up call and also come at 7:30 to help me down with my luggage as airport assistance was supposed to come at 7:45 with a wheelchair.
As I’ve said this didn’t happen but I managed to hear alarm as I slept with my hearing aids in.
I called down about 7:40 and asked for help. The young man said he hadn’t seen anything about wake up etc. They did call airport assistance twice for me but by 8 :15 as not arrived I tried to manage and got a little way when I met assistance coming for me.

Very convenient and ideal for the work event

Cons:

I am coeliac , not just intolerant to gluten , and the staff whilst polite just did not get it that my illness is severe .
I sent my food back four times as it had naan bread on the side , I just cannot risk my food being in contact with gluten , I am not fussy with food I will eat anything as long as it’s safe ..

Staff can make or break a business. Some serious training required for some reception staff and bar staff!
Pros:

One receptionist was excellent whereas another was terrible!

Cons:

The service and prices in the bar were poor and expensive, respectively!

Really disappointing.
Pros:

Good location for train and airport

Cons:

Being given a lower grade room than paid for. Being told to come back later as unable to make the swap straight away. No offer of help with moving our luggage to our new room on other side of the hotel. Shower was dirty. The corridor was blocked due to laundry across it. Had to clamber over. When I complained there was no duty manager available.

Good but …
Pros:

Very conveniently located with a a short walk into the terminal. Not the best signage but that’s down to the airport.

The rooms are spacious and unbelievably quiet. The Ac worked well, particularly necessary as it was 30 degrees outside.

Check in was quick and friendly.

My only gripe is the restaurant. The prices are eye watering! £14 for a glass of average rose. The staff all seem to be inexperienced, friendly but slow and didn’t pay attention to the needs of their customers. We had to ask twice for the correct cutlery while the food went cold.

Would book again for the convenience but take a taxi to the local pub for food.
