Pros:

Attracted to the heritage of the building & free parking. Beautiful building and interesting to learn of its history. Close to cafe when breakfast was not available on site.

Cons:

Difficult to find in the dark, accessing from busy Toorak Rd near a rise/ railway overpass. Very uncomfortable bed in standard downstairs room.
