Lovely, comfortable accommodation, in a wonderful location and with free parking.
Pros:

Wonderful location for my plans in Melbourne.
Easy to get to from the west gate bridge, tunnel exit, and the free car parking!
Lovely room with detail to Manor style.

Cons:

I was unable to login to WiFi.
But as it was late ( around 11pm) I left it.

Relaxed and cosy
Pros:

The property had a lovely charm about it. Staff were very friendly. Gluten free options could be on offer. Location is perfect, train station within walking distance. Great options of coffee/café venues, fabulous shops, all within a 6minute walk to Malvern road. Loved it all, will stay again

Old charm feel
Pros:

It feels like a country Hotel, and very close to everything including public transport and very comfortable.
And Yana could not have been kinder or more accommodating for my terrible situation with my husband in hospital. She went out of her way which is so appreciated in this very difficult time for me.

Not very good not what I expect when booking through your site .
Pros:

Room was very small bed uncomfortable the location was at the back of the building .

Cons:

Very noisy could here people moving around thumping and talking till late at night and very early in the morning . I had put in my request that I was a light sleeper.
