Motel luxe à l'esthétique californienne idéalement situé
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé à 2 minutes à pied d'une très belle plage où il est possible de se baigner et à 20/25 minutes à pied de State Street. Esthétique californienne dans un esprit "motel luxe" organisé autour d'une très belle piscine. Parking gratuit très pratique. Un petit-déjeuner qualitatif est proposé gratuitement (jus de fruit, yaourt granola myrtille, muffin framboise). Café / thé / infusion en libre service toute la journée depuis le lobby. Dame à l'accueil très aimable. Magnifique séjour. Notre hôtel préféré durant notre road trip sur la Pacific Hway 1. Un grand merci.

Rien à redire. Tout était parfait.

Cons:

There was some confusion with our booking, and the hotel tried to check us out earlier than scheduled, which caused unnecessary stress. Later, when we tried to get back into our room, our key cards no longer worked, so we had to go back to reception — only to find that nobody was there to help us.

Charming mid century modern motel near the beach
Pros:

Great location. It's an easy stroll to the he beach.
Thoughtful updates to the room, without ruining the mid century modern charm of the motel. We enjoyed the heated pool in the morning for an early swim before departing.

Cons:

Found out that the East Beach has a problem with tar. Got it stuck on our feet. The hotel staff provided us with baby oil and Dawn equivalent dish soap which helped us to scrub the tar off our feet.
So not really a negative about the motel, just a negative experience with tar. Who knew?! The staff went above and beyond to help us remedy the sticky situation.

I am glad it was only for one night, could not stay longer than that.
Pros:

The location is great and when we arrived the staff were very helpful until the next morning when I asked for two more bottles of water and was questioned and told we already had two bottles when I explained they were already used the day before. The pool was really nice and believe it was a saltwater pool, so it was nice to not smell like a bottle of chlorine.

Cons:

The room felt cramped and the bed sheets felt gritty of sand as well as the floors in the room. The air circulation in the room was poor and stuffy. The free-standing mini refrigerator looked out of place and needed to go in the closet area. The room had no good window views and was tucked away from the central location of the main court area, so no natural light in this room.

Einfaches Hotel in Strandnähe
Pros:

Lage nah am Strand!

Cons:

Hatten verspäteten Flug , deshalb konnten wir zur ersten Nacht nicht anreisen. Die Unterkunft war weder telefonisch noch per Message erreichbar!!!!
