Había muchas cucarachas

Todo estupendo, el personal hizo la estancia inolvidable
El precio, pero de 4 estrellas no tiene nada. Las instalaciones están bastante deterioradas. Necesita un lavado de cara. La atención del personal en general muy bien, excepto una señora de recepción (Petra)
El hotel se ve bastante antiguo, las habitaciones sin mas, bastante lejos de ser un 4*. Al llegar a la habitación nos encontramos que la botella de agua estaba abierta y apenas quedaba. Las paredes están desconchadas. Le salva las vistas de las habitaciones que dan al mar.

В номере убирали и приносили чистые полотенца. На ресепшен и на фуршете на завтрак персонал был очень милый и отзывчивый.
Кровать была неудобная и от неё болела спина, подушки слишком плоские. Также туалет не мешало бы вымыть хлоркой чтобы убрать желтизну и запах. В душевой на стенах и на стыках была плесень, также душевая текла. Холодильник до конца не закрывался и с под него тоже текла вода.
Со стен на балконе слетала штукатурка прям в номер. Номер явно нуждается в ремонте .
В отзывах читала что бассейн пологревается, но он был холодный, возможно я что-то не правильно поняла.
La ubicación y el desayuno
No me gustó que me dijeran que me daban una habitación mejor y CD fui resulta que el ascensor no funcionaba y tuve que subir la maleta xq no me dijeron nada del ascensor. En la habitación no funcionaba el frigorífico, si el congelador y la ducha resbalaba muchísimo. Lo comuniqué a recepción y del ascensor nada, del frigorífico menos y de la ducha nos pusieron una alfombra. El día de irnos todo eran excusas , lo siento …. Pero como yo les dije , hombre el hotel no estaba lleno así que podían habernos cambiado de habitación. Pero no lo hicieron. Poca clase tuvo el hotel . Ah! y la limpieza del pasillo para llegar a la habitación con papeles de varios días. En fin una buena experiencia.
La piscina muy buena, lo cerca que estaba del mar y el buen ambiente en general
Poco aparcamiento disponible en la puerta del hotel, pero no hay mucho q hacer porq es zona pública

No creo que le corresponda un 4 estrellas superior, le falta un armario que no tiene
