La atención de los trabajadores, la comida y la situación del hotel
En realidad no lo hay

Where to begin? I have been lucky to have traveled around the world and have stayed in many hotels but this was the oddest experience I've ever had. Started out terribly but ended better due to the diligence of one employee. Shouldn't have happened in the first place (read on and see my photos). The hotel is dated. Investments need to be made, in short order, to get it up to snuff. From the get-go it felt like we were in an old-folks home. Mostly Brits in the over-70 range which is fine but there must be a reason why this hotel doesn't attract a younger demographic.
We were initially given room 335. If you are unlucky enough to be given this room, don't accept it. Run. It smelled like something had died (and was still dead) in it. We asked for a new room but were initially told no and that we'd have to pay for a better room. We tried toughing it out by asking it to be better cleaned, we bought candles and a spray (with our own money) but to no avail. The nasty smell prevailed. Putrid. The last straw was seeing a cockroach running across the floor that we smashed obviously. We went to the front desk to which a very nice employee (didn't get her name) apologized and promptly upgraded us to a much better room. She was very empathetic and professional. Kudos to her for trying to save the day. Still, in both rooms, the wifi was very weak. The TV barely caught any channels. I've never stayed in a hotel before where they don't provide you with an iron and board. They only have a laundry service you must pay for. Unacceptable in the year 2026! Again, upgrade! Modernize!
As you walk around the property there is obvious signs of antiquated conditions and some cleanliness issues. Matresses strewn on a ledge (see photo)!? Never before had I seen that in any hotel.
The pool has a sign stating it closes at 20h00 yet the employees come to you saying it closes at 19h00. Again, inconsistencies. The pools, however, were nice.
There is no parking. You must park in the marina docks and walk 12-15 minutes back to the hotel. Not the end of the world since the walk is pleasant through town. Just be aware in the event you rent a car. And beware of the phony lot attendants trying to scam you for money. The lot has no attendants and is free.
On the bright side, the food was good, in a cruise ship kind of way. Never any shortage of anything and the staff is efficient and friendly. Would I ever stay here again? Absolutely not. And this H10 brand has been tainted for me, for life. Stay at your own risk.

La hora de la cena la salvábamos gracias a que en el buffet había plancha y degustación de quesos. Porque todo lo demás que probábamos no nos gustaba.
La ubicación está genial, tienes muchos restaurantes cerca.
El personal un encanto, nos hemos sentido muy acogidas.
La habitación muy cómoda y buena limpieza.
Servicio de desayuno muy completo y personal muy agradable.
Desde luego, recomiendo este hotel!

Las habitaciones viejas muebles en mal estado,la comida muy escasa al menos el desayuno,y la camera de color que había era una mal educa,poco empatía para trabajar ahí

habitación demasiado pequeña, como un cuarto de un piso lo que limita mucho el confort deseado. Se espera algo más de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Además, al menos en mi habitación, haría falta una modernización de los elementos.
Personal de comedor desayuno muy amable. En concreto señorita joven muy morena.
Camareras de piso muy amables.
Colchón y almohadas muy bien
Solicité cama de matrimonio, viajaba por mi cumpleaños con mi marido, debe ser que no había.??
La habitación pequeña,. Nevera no enfriaba, no dimos parte a recepción.
La bañera tiene una mampara pero hay que tener mucho cuidado porque se sale el agua al suelo.
Los cristales de la ventana estaban sucios de excrementos de aves.
Si te asomas a la terraza del pasillo se ven unos colchones tirados en el primer piso de terraza.
Opino que sería bueno retiren porque da un mal aspecto.
Entiendo que habría una avería muy importante en comedor, Jueves 4, durante el desayuno ,mucho ruido con la obra.

Pneumatic concrete breaker inside hotel when eating breakfast
People in room bellow on the balcony until 1.30 am shouting, drinking , baffooning . I had to go to security in person TWICE as the problem wasn’t resolved . Personnel in reception apparently couldn’t be bothered .I had a flight to catch the next day , have serous health issues and I felt absolutely exhausted.
In addition large groups young people screaming on the promenade right outside the hotel until well after midnight most nights . The entrance to the hotel was obviously the meeting point for school parties to reconvene . To top it all horrendous singing from ‘ entertainment’- man’s voice droning on and on like he was completely psychotic and needed taking away in a white van .

Noise from renovation work inside hotel whilst sitting having breakfast. - namely pneumatic concrete breakers.
Noise from large groups young people screaming and shouting directly in front of the hotel until well after midnight.
Noise from poor quality singing artists either from within the H10 or next door .. just unbelievable anyone would sit and listen to such annoying rubbish - would surely need to be completely drunk .
Food has improved from my last visit and staff are much friendly than before - thank goodness .
Room was very comfortable- apart from the external noise .
