The hotel is rated 4 stars, but it does not reach 2. The rooms are very small, full of issues: leaking Aircon, shower flooding the bathroom, even no space to open the suitcases...
The all inclusive is a scam: the food quality is worse than a school's cafeteria. Really disgusting.
We cancelled our stay after the first night.

Volt ami nagyon szuper volt de volt ami nem tetszett.

Az elhelyezkedés, a személyzet, a környezet.All inclusiv- be voltunk , megfelelő volt.

A zuhanyzóban nem folyt le rendesen a víz, minden alkalommal kifolyt az elő szobába mert nem volt meg a zuhanytálca lejtése.Szállodai törölközökkel fogtuk fel a vizet .
Más: 80 ezret fizetem pluszba az óceánra való kilátásért, 3. Emeleti szobát kaptunk …óceánra nézett úgy ahogy🙄de leginkább a sétányra és a fákat láttuk.Igaz nem volt rossz az sem de nem ezért fizettem pluszba. Kevesebb fürdőköpenyt kaptunk mint ahányan voltunk.Orvosoltuk ezt is.
A hütő zsinórja nem ért el a konektorig.
Igaz kértünk hosszabítot megoldottuk.
Wifi sokszor nem volt a szobában.
3 an voltunk , 2 széket raktak a teraszra , kellet kérni még egyet.
Apróságok ezek de több mit egy millió forintért , nem erre számítottam, de segítőkész volt a személyzet, összességében azért jó élmény volt.
.Na hát a kaja bőséges volt de sajna ízetlen, a gyümölcsök is elég gyatrák voltak.Nem volt változatos a kínálat.
10 napot töltöttünk ott.
De azért tudtunk volna még maradni.
Igaz minden este hangoskodás volt a sétányon, árusok, művészek kiabáltak egész nap🤕🙈
Nincs a szállodának parkolója, se a közelben nincs parkoló , nagyon messze tudtunk csak parkolni ,meredek dombos utcák vannak.Taxival mentünk a parkolóba és onnan vissza.
Messze van a homokos strand ahol fürdeni lehet.

Personal súper súper agradable desde los animadores de la piscina hasta la recepción ,una atención súper agradable Marelis la capitana del restaurante un 10 ella y todo su equipo os encantó si viviéramos a Tenerife repitiéramos sin duda

Cons:

Por poner una pega el ascensor un poco estrecho para la cantidad de huéspedes lo que dificulta el tiempo de espera para asesor a ellos y las habitaciones algo pequeña cuando vas en familia
