Séjour agréable sur une très jolie île de Ténérife
Pros:

L'emplacement, la restauration, les chambres, le personnel du restaurant très sympathique.

Cons:

Pas assez d'animation pour les ados notamment (journée et soir).
Les boissons sont coûteuses pendant les repas (notamment les carafes d'eau !).
Les photos mettent en avant le centre aquatique situé en face de l'hôtel, laissant penser à un accès libre. Or c'est un parc municipal payant (mais magnifique et plus agréable que la piscine de l'hôtel)

Vriendelijk personeel. Schone kamers en ook verder. Of het 4 sterren waard is weet ik niet

Cons:

Het ontbijt niet het assortiment maar de drukte. Het lijkt wel een voedselbank. Je moet s morgens geduld hebben want je staat in de rij te wachten voordat je überhaupt in de ontbijtzaal kan. En het is erg lawaaierig niks rustig de dag beginnen. S avondd gingen we daarom op tijd eten want dan was het gelukkig rustig en kon je wel genieten van de maaltijd. En geen parkeergelegenheid in de buurt. Er is een openbare parkeergelegenheid gratis op circa 15 minuten lopen

Not the normal all inclusive package bit strange wouldn’t go back there

Position close to beach

The all inclusive drinks you have to wait till a waiter comes to you then order their was no help you’re self even at lunch and evening meal time

Cons:

La comida era pésima, no he comido nunca tan mal en ningún sitio, no valía nada. Por otro lado que no te den ni agua, es una cosa lamentable, en todo los hoteles tienen las máquinas para beber agua (que son las que se usan en los desayunos) por las noches las tenían apagadas y te cobraban las botellas de agua rellenas de la máquina. La limpieza dejaba muchísimo que desear, alado de diestra habitación había unas copas y unos platos sucios en una esquina y estuvieron tres días allí tirados. No lo recomiendo para nada, lo único que tiene bueno, es la amabilidad del personal.

mitten drin und trotzdem gemuetlich und entspannt…
Pros:

tolle Lage, gemuetlicher Garten mit schoenen Pool, super Animation mit tollen Shows, meine Tochter fand das Kinderprogramm ganz toll:-) Sooo vielen Dank an Natalia, die Animateurin!!! Sie hat mit den Kids sogar Plaetzchen gebacken … Man ist mitten in der Stadt mit tollen Laeden, Cafés, Einkaufszentren… Wir kommen wieder …

Hotel correcto con buena ubicacion
Pros:

La ubicacion es excelente, en el paseo maritimo al final, donde se esta mas tranquilo. Las vistas desde el bufete preciosas al mar. La habitacion era muy amplia, con camas muy comodas y una terraza muy grande.

Cons:

El hotel, es correcto, pero creo que va necesitando una reforma ya que el mobiliario esta antiguo. Sobretodo se nota en el baño donde puerta estaba con humedades y bañera muy antigua, incomoda y con mucha incrustacion de cal. Los pasillos con moqueta antigua. El bufet es correcto tambien pero sin sobresalir, demasiado frito y salsas y poca comida fresca o opciones variadas de ensaladas. Lo que para mi si fue muy criticable es que la comida no esta bien etiquetada, era un kaos y solo pone nombre, en los que lo pone, de los platos, sin especificar alergenos. Un hotel de 4 estrellas eso lo deberia tener si o si. Al igual que una buena opcion sin gluten, tenian productos sin gluten pero malisimos todos.

Pros:

El personal de la Piscina desde el Socorrista hasta el animador.

Cons:

Mucho árbol en la piscina le quita Sol y cae mucha hoja a la piscina, la comida del restaurante/buffet fue horrible monótona, cobran el agua y las colas tanto al Desayunar como la Cena son horribles.
