DECEPCIONANTE
Pros:

La isla de Tenerife entera.

Cons:

La estancia fue horrorosa: en primer lugar, la situación de la habitación al lado del restaurante con el consiguiente ruido, mañanas y noches.
El aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación no enfriaba nada, estaba estropeado, salía agua por entre el aparato y la pared, mojando esta, que tenía una humedad tremenda, tanto, que las gotas de condensación caían al suelo, llevándose trozos de pintura y escurriendo hasta el rodapié.
Y ya lo que nos dio la peor impresión por temas obvios es que vimos 3 cucarachas, la primera enorme en el baño por la noche, otra pequeña en una de las mesas del buffet del restaurante en la cena y otra en la puerta del restaurante también grande, se puede juzgar tamaño en la foto.
Volveremos a Tenerife, pero no a este hotel

An Outstanding Stay at H10 Playa—We’d Return in a Heartbeat!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at H10 Playa, and the whole experience was excellent. Having stayed in many hotels around the world, we would happily count this among our best experiences. It was the kind of holiday you wish could last a little longer, and we left with lovely memories. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Bi se vrnil, če ne bi potoval z avtom.

Osebje je bilo vrhunsko, zelo prijazni, čistoča na nivoju.

Cons:

Hotel nima parkirne garaže niti parkirnih mest. Če prideš z avtom, vso srečo da najdeš parkirni mesto v roku ene ure. In da ne bo oddaljeno 30min peš. Katastrofa.
