Lokalizacja , personel w recepcji, pokazy wieczorne .

Cons:

Hotel jest stary, zaniedbany, nieprzyjemny zapach , średnia wieku 60+ , brak wody butelkowej w pokoju, do restauracji trzeba czekać w kolejce , kelnerzy niezbyt mili , posiłki średniej jakości .

Cons:

Sufre el paso del tiempo.
Horario del gimnasio.
No es culpa del hotel, pero la media de edad de los clientes en Puerto de la Cruz es bastante elevada.

How can you charge people to use the safes.
Pros:

Location is good but no parking, pool area across the road is nice and worth paying 7 euro for the day.

Cons:

Rooms were old and shabby
Think of the TV programme Benidorm and you will know what you are getting.
Paying to use safe is unacceptable whos idea was that ?
Pricey for what you get

La atención del personal y la ubicación.

Cons:

El sistema de apertura de puertas en ocasiones fallaba. Y la piscina en octubre cierra a las 19.00 a veces llegas justo si quieres darte un baño tras un día de excursión.

La isla de Tenerife entera.

Cons:

La estancia fue horrorosa: en primer lugar, la situación de la habitación al lado del restaurante con el consiguiente ruido, mañanas y noches.
El aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación no enfriaba nada, estaba estropeado, salía agua por entre el aparato y la pared, mojando esta, que tenía una humedad tremenda, tanto, que las gotas de condensación caían al suelo, llevándose trozos de pintura y escurriendo hasta el rodapié.
Y ya lo que nos dio la peor impresión por temas obvios es que vimos 3 cucarachas, la primera enorme en el baño por la noche, otra pequeña en una de las mesas del buffet del restaurante en la cena y otra en la puerta del restaurante también grande, se puede juzgar tamaño en la foto.
Volveremos a Tenerife, pero no a este hotel
