Lovely stay. Could not fault this excellent hotel!
Pros:

Arrived 29th April 26 for 7 nights. We were welcomed at reception where we were given lots of information about the hotel. We had requested a lower room and were very happy to be on the ground floor. The room was lovely with patio door opening on to the pool area. Cleaners were friendly and efficient. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was great. Restaurant had a good range of food to suit all tastes with a show cooking area offering a couple of choices each day. Nice to have waiters offering drinks thus avoiding the rush for help yourself drinks. The was a small queue some days but nothing worth noting. The bar/ entertainment area was very good again with waiter service, pleasantly surprised that there were premium drinks included and a good choice of cocktails too. I've never been offered Irish coffee on an all inclusive basis before. Entertainment was good with singers, dancers or acrobats and of course the dancing waiter who was a breath of fresh air The pool bar was very good with food, drinks available inside or out. The aqua aerobics was well supported and looked fun. Location absolutely superb right on the pedestrianised prom. All in all we had a brilliant holiday........well done H10 Tenerife Playa.

Hemos estado muchas veces en el Hotel y es muy recomendable por ubicación, personal. Antes la comida era excepcional y esta vez no ha resultado que ha bajado la variedad y calidad. Pero sigue estando en el rango de su categoría. la piscina tiene mucha vegetación y lo hace muy agradable. Antiguamente no había entretenimiento y eso lo han cambiado. ahora nos ha sorprendido gratamente. Raúl el animador de piscina ha sido muy divertido. Y por noches variedad.

Cons:

La habitación fue extremadamente pequeña para 3 camas. Otras veces nos ha tocado habitaciones más amplias.
