A beautiful hotel in Oslo , safe , comfortable, secure .
Pros:

Breakfast was great ! Water pressure fabulous! It was warm and cozy !

Cons:

I actually only stayed 2 nights , I checked out on the 17th not 18th , I was there with a big group of people .
The staff at The Bristol was unable to help me or help me with contacting Bookings.com to reimburse me for the night I didn’t stay . Can you help by chance ?

Great staff and room but the strike of certain workers affected the overall stay.
Pros:

Pleasant atmosphere. Staff were very helpful indeed.

Cons:

No porterage. Due to strike no restaurant for evening meal. The room wasn’t going to be cleaned unless specifically requested. These areas were disappointing.

Bra opphold, tross streik!
Pros:

Frokosten var superb- bedre enn noensinne

Cons:

Vi kunne fått beskjed om at rommet ikke ville bli ordnet pga streiken. Vi ble vekket av en ansatt kl 0400 natten til 17.mai, tydeligvis på grunn av en misfordtåelse.

Cons:

18-årsgrense for flytebassenget var ikke tydelig beskrevet på hjemmesiden eller i bestillingen. Det endte med stor skuffelse. Alt annet var helt supert.

Highly Recommend!
Pros:

We were really pleased with the DeLuxe. It's a charming hotel in a very convenient location. Love the theme and the Driftwood Room bar is worth the trip alone. The highlight was the front desk staff: Aidan and Alex were super helpful and cheerful. Was a nice welcome after a long day.

Cons:

My only teeny complaint was that the pillows were super overstuffed and I wish there had been more variety of pillows to choose from in the room as it was late before I realized it. Minor complaint for otherwise great stay.
