Pros:

Prima Hotel direkt in der City, trotzdem ruhig. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Großes ausgewogenes Frühstücksbuffet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Excellent location. Nice room. Poor bathroom.
Pros:

Excellent location. Large comfortable room and bed. Excellent breakfast. Nice dining room.

Cons:

The bathroom was tiny and impractical. Even though the room was large it was so small that only one person could use it and there were only folding shower doors, instead of a proper cubicle. Both restaurants were closed but you could get food in the bar area. Nobody told you what to do at breakfast - you just go and find a table yourself. No mini bar price list or room service menu in the room folder or on the tv information. We had an email conversation when booking about having synthetic bedding but that was not done. The person on reception wanted to see the email and then said the person who had agreed it was on holiday. It was then changed promptly, however.

Lovely high-quality hotel in a great location, super professional staff and comfortable rooms
Pros:

The hotel is very high-quality. The common parts are excellent. The staff are very charming and professional, although we found the check-in and check out quite slow. Sometimes there was only one person at the desk. The room is lovely and comfortable and we’re lucky to have a cute balcony on both nights that we stayed. We felt safe and secure in the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional with many high-quality items on offer. Great location, most of the main attractions are walkable.

Cons:

Everything was lovely. The only gripe was the slight waiting time at the reception desk for check-in and check out when there was only one person in attendance.

Didn’t have breakfast and got charged additional amount as my daughters shared a room which apparently I hadn’t originally booked.
They blamed Booking.com for this issue.

A great stay, with friendly staff and a grand decor
Pros:

It is a almost a five star hotel... but remember to request a room without steps once you get off the lift. We had a flight going down and my son, fewer steps going up to his room. We had to request help with the luggage owing to the steps!
The breakfast was very good.
The hotel featured a lot of old furniture, paintings and carvings.
As it was my 80th birthday we had a fabulous dinner at the Olivia Italian restaurant near us. A friend who went to another branch of Olivia had recommended it, and we were not disappointed!

Cons:

The room had a view of the office building opposite! However, it was quiet.

Een heerlijk verblijf op een centrale plek
Pros:

Een uitstekende hotelkamer, goede bedden, mooi balkon, alle handige faciliteiten in de kamer zoals een strijkplank, stopcontacten op de goede plek, goede verlichting, een makkelijke stoel etc.

Cons:

Alles was tip top in orde.
