Situated between Kings Park and the city center, our 69 studio apartments offer easy access to Perth's top attractions. Guests can also make use of BBQ facilities, free parking, and a tour desk on site.

Comfort and Convenience
Each apartment is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, and heating for a comfortable stay. Additionally, ironing facilities and a free map of Perth are provided for your convenience.

Please let Mountway Holiday Apartments know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that for guests booking on the same day of check in, an AUD $200 refundable cash deposit may be required upon arrival.

Opening hours from 08:30 until 17:00 hours on weekdays, and from 09:30 to 14:00 hours on weekends.

Guests arriving outside reception opening hours (late night or early morning) must inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival when booking so that arrangements for an after hours check-in can be made.

Please note that guests arriving after 24:00 must also book the night they are arriving, as check in is from 14:00 and check out is at 10:00.

“Honestly, the hotel looked quite nice from the outside, but the actual experience inside the room was disappointing. The room was not very clean and had a strong musty smell as soon as we walked in. The bathroom amenities were very limited — only two small bars of soap were provided, with no shampoo or conditioner at all.
The coffee-making facilities were also incomplete as there was no milk provided in the fridge. The room lighting was quite dim, making the room feel even less comfortable.
Another major issue was the parking. The hotel parking was full every day, so we had to park outside and walk quite a long distance back to the hotel, which was very inconvenient, especially after a long day.
Overall, the stay did not match the expectations based on the appearance of the hotel.”

Pros:

Location was great and within minutes of the city. Room was clean and spacious though has seen better days. Bed was comfortable as well. Kitchen and room facilities were okay for a couple of days with basics provided.

Cons:

Parking was a pain with limited spaces and difficult to manoeuvre. We were almost parked in due to someone who had parked in an unmarked space. Traffic noise was enough to wake us in the morning. Facilities have seen better times overall.

The view and location redeem the smaller issues.
Pros:

Easy pleasant check-in, nice view and great location with free parking.

Cons:

The railing seemed a bit short for how narrow and high the walkways are to the rooms so could pose a safety risk. Cockroach problem. Tv doesn't connect to WiFi or even regular digital channels.
