Bed was not made every day (stayed for 3 nights) just roughly pulled up to shape
Tea bags not top up daily

i really ciuld not fault our stay

Poor communication from the property. Sent messages through bookings portal that were not responded to.
The room we stayed in had a bathtub in the bathroom but we were not able to use it as the tap had been removed. Called reception as I could not go over to see them as they were closed at 3pm so called and got no answer. When they called back I was told that even though there was a bathtub in the room it was not included in my booking.

Had to ask for milk to have coffee. Only got enough for 2 coffees and not toped up when we thought they would with room service. No biscuits on arrival but did leave some on second day. No dishes replaced first our first day. Lounge was very uncomfortable. Skirting boards ,TV around power points beside bed looked like never cleaned in a long time.
Patches in ceiling and walls needed repairing.
Shower water nozzle sprayed water everywhere.
And the list goes on.

Condensation in bathroom was amence and one broken electric blankets in the single beds room .aerial in second room played up on tv .
Found smelly socks in wardrobe cupboard and rubbish behind couch.
In lounge the light is behind tv not ideal.

Booked 2 separate rooms 1 for us 1 for family member for 4 nights , both rooms upstairs no notice of this with stairs to access upper floor outside with no lighting or shelter in the rain , 1 room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke , contacted manager straight away to be told nothing I can do I’ll spray air freshener tomorrow , people we were travelling with ended up having a asthma attack and leaving that night due to residue of cigarettes . Owner contacted next day and said “ are you not using room now “which we replied “ yes “ but we paid for 4 nights so we’re gonna use for storage , got back to apartment that night to find lock code changed on that room and new occupancy in the room we didn’t give permission to re rent room out or discussed a refund at that point wasn’t until i contacted bookings.com to be told we were getting half refund $350 for a $700 4 night stay which took multiple messages to bookings.com over a week before owner refunded money this is reason for the score manger didnt even ask if other party was ok

The receptionist said they couldn’t find my booking. I did not check in after that, but was charged for a night’s stay anyway. When I contacted him, he told me he didn’t recall the conversation and directed me to take it up with Booking.com

Did not see any staff. We had a code sent to my phone to let us in the room. The bathroom was spacious but the shower was over the spa and the floor got soaked as there was no shower curtain. After I dried myself I had to use the towel to dry the floor. The stairs to the first floor where dangerous, the carpet covering them is coming away at different points so I had to be very careful that my shoes did not get caught up in the tears. Accidents waiting to happen. Definitely would not stay there again.

Parking bays were a little narrow and sometimes difficult to get into.

Staff not friendly.
Bathroom has molds & flies/bugs.

The 2 rooms we had smelt of cigarettes even the little ashtray bins were not emptied
1 room had no toilet paper or hand cleanser
1 room did not get serviced the next day
The other room only took the wet towels nothing more was done
The 3rd room I repeatedly asked to at least postpone those days as my friend was as unable to make it
Zero response from owner !! No communication whatsoever!!
He wasn’t even there reception was closed and we were there for 2 nights and no one at all around!!
