Roaches took a picture and customer service is not being helpful with the situation at hand

They got roaches promised us a full refund and only gave partial compensation and giving my husband the run around and not being direct. We were told the refund would reflect in his account by Monday morning, here we are at Tuesday with a payment of $63 and the total amount of the room was $214.00

Great location, but no restaurants.

Close to the port and clean

That they charge so much more for convenience but no restaurants or anything around the hotel except for Wendy's, which was not impressed.

It was a good place to stay if you are going on a cruise out of Jacksonville.

That it was close to get
To Jaxport for the cruise we were going on.

Cons:

The pool was dirty and had bugs in the pool.
