We had a great time in PR and staying at this hotel was a big part of the success of our trip.
Pros:

Great location, just a couple hundred feet from the beach. The room was small but comfortable. We could have used another small table to put our luggage on. The room was quiet, thank you! The A/C worked great, and it's a quiet unit. Although there is a tall building directly in front of our room, we could see the beach on both sides of it. The pool on the 2nd floor is small but it's a great place to relax. The restaurant is expensive but the food was amazing, both breakfast and dinner. Creative cocktails too.

Cons:

The front desk people were pleasant but could show a little more friendliness/openness, like greeting people as they entered or came downstairs. The sit in the dark behind the desk like they're trying to hide. Sometimes it was hard to tell if anyone was even sitting there.

It was mostly perfect ! Staff was so friendly and hotel was clean and so cute !

We loved this spot ! It was clean and so cute definitely embarrassed like an old San Juan vibes ! Pool was beautiful and so relaxing ! We loved that it was a shallow pool so we could relax and have some drinks !

Cons:

We hated that there is practically no parking ! We rented a car so a couple of the days we had to park blocks from the property! “ our only bad night was the last night because our room was next to the pool there where guest there all night even after the pool was closed on a Monday night so we had no sleep that night “

We loved everything in this small villa.The room was very clean with a huge balcony and a very comfortable bed.WE GOT A

100 m to the beach,very clean with very kind sfaff .

The closest to the beach,the cleanness,very pretty villa with very KIND STAFF!!
We had a cancelled flight so we show up at the hotel at 02.30 am in the morning and we had to call for RECEPTION BUT THEY MADE IT FAST AND PROFESSIONAL IN 2 minutes!!

If you don’t rent a car you gotta uber to the main area which is old San Juan.
Pros:

The staff was very nice , the supervisor made sure we had what we needed.

Cons:

No fridge or microwave
Takes a while for the hot water to kick in, pool closes at 9 which is kind of early. You gotta drive or uber to all the main stuff which is a 10-12 min drive in old San Juan

it has met our expectation of the place and the its closeness to the beach was perfect.
Pros:

i like that our request for transfer of room was accommodated without hassle. with more space and better view of the beach. the location from the beach was my favorite part. almost a stone throw away. all the staff were nice. although it has no accessibility for PWDs. there's also drinking water access 24/7.

Cons:

i think they should put comforters instead of thin blankets because the AC can be very cold. we're from NY and we like the warm weather but a cozy sleep with comfy comforters would have been nice with the AC on. my husband and i ended up having the AC off and just having the ceiling fan on. which was also okay. but i prefer a cold temp with enough blanket. :)

Comfortable stay in a great location
Pros:

Comfortable room in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to most things that you need. There is a great restaurant attached.

Cons:

The place could do with a bit more maintenance. You have to lift all your cases upstairs to your room. Wifi was not very stable. No room safe.
