Was a good location and underground parking. Nice and tidy. Friendly staff.
We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights at the start of the week and booked directly through the hotel. Same room configuration except we had integrated dishwasher, microwave, cutlery. The second time we booked through booking.com and got none of that. Not even a fork. The beds are pillows not the best but this is why I bring my own pillow.
Surely after all these years the elevator brakes could have some nylon spacers to stop it from clanging every time it starts and stops. Get it serviced properly!!!

Position to medical treatment that was needed
Hard bed, high pillows, not enough sugar to have tea or coffee (assumption was made no one took sugar), ad for room was wrong (had full cooking facilities, but not advertised), room service was good and tasty but was cold, shower leaked ourt into main room.
I loved the location and friendly staff, especially Beverly; so warm and helpful 😀

Convenient location near various pubic transport options to get to the city. Restaurant and bar very nice, excellent breakfast options, good discounts for meals and Happy Hour.
They gave the same room to another guest they rocked up in my room middle of the night
