Very clean, efficient and pleasant in a business like way, yet easily accessible by tram and train.
Pros:

Being upgraded was a bonus, so the room was much larger than expected.
Good bathroom and lovely roomy shower.
There was a couch, very nice, but only one chair to sit at the table.
A variety of teas was welcome.

Cons:

The technology didn't provide radio stations amongst the television station choices. Hard when you enjoy music rather than visual programs.
A blanket would have been welcome, as in most hotels/motels the provided doona is too hot by 3 am. A blanket is easier to adjust for temperature control. A doona is all or nothing!

Really good hotel. Will stay here whenever I’m in Melbourne.
Pros:

Big room and very clean.

Cons:

Bathroom was awkward. Shower wasn’t great and toilet paper was cheap.

Pros:

Room was large

Cons:

The bathroom was way too small and the position of the toilet was horrendous with a handrail and the wall preventing you from sitting on the toilet properly. If you were a tall person, it would be most unsuitable. We only just managed.
