Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing, particularly considering that this is a four-star hotel.

The biggest issue was the bed in room 372, which was extremely uncomfortable. I could actually feel the springs digging into my back. A comfortable bed is one of the most basic expectations when staying at any hotel, let alone a four-star one.

I had also forgotten my toothbrush and was surprised that even such a basic item came at an additional charge. When I asked if it could be brought up to my room, I was told that this service was not available. While I understand that hotels have different policies, I would have expected a little more flexibility and hospitality from a hotel of this standard.

Another issue was the lighting in the room. It was so poor that I couldn’t properly do my makeup. There was no suitable additional lighting available, so I ended up having to go downstairs to the bathroom just to get ready. Again, something I wouldn’t expect to struggle with at a four-star hotel.

Overall, I was disappointed with the experience. I don’t think my expectations were unreasonable, as these are fairly basic aspects of comfort and convenience. Unfortunately, the room and the level of service did not live up to what I would expect from a four-star hotel.
