Location was good enough
Poor I am extremely disappointed with my stay. I found loose nails scattered dangerously on the floor and broken picture glass in my room. Furthermore, there was zero soundproofing; I could hear conversations and singing from neighboring rooms all night, making it impossible to sleep.
Under bed there were used socks from previous guest. Called receptionist, change to a different romm and again under bed was not clean. Empty water bottles. Cleanliness is zero
Our stay was fairly average overall. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but quite basic. The bedrooms only have a kettle, with no microwave or toaster, which would have been handy for a longer stay.
The beds were comfortable and the room was serviced daily, which we appreciated. The TV also had internet access, which was a nice bonus.
Breakfast was included with our stay, with a choice of hot or cold options, and this was definitely one of the better parts of the accommodation.
Overall, it was a comfortable enough place to stay and had everything we needed for sleeping and getting ready, but the rooms are quite basic and could benefit from a few extra amenities.
The staff are fabulous. Our TV didn't work, a very lovely staff member came to our room to see if she could fix it, she wasn't able to and immediately moved us into another room.
The rooms are clean and quite comfortable, but need updating. We thought there was a restaurant on site but it is only open for breakfast.
Nothing to like
The place seemed very old and run down. The elevators stunk. The carpets in the whole place need a good shampoo. The room had half a roll of toilet paper for 3 ppl. Wasn’t refreshed the second day. Had to ask for more. Did not feel safe there.

Fridge didn't work was in but was more for show was turned up to max and still didn't keep things cold was more of an oven

The complimentary parking was great. The position was awesome. The staff were exceptional and acted promptly to deal with the repairs.
The toilet seat broken, a chair broken and the floor had not been vacuumed- lots of bits on floor
