Great workers, no so great neighbours
Pros:

Good beds and pillows, nice front of house seamless check in.

Cons:

From about 5pm people were playing loud music and drinking screaming and yelling at each other they left at about 8-9pm. Once they returned it was WWE domestic edition holes in the door rubbish over the floors police were called at like 2am. The very next morning after like zero sleep, 7am there was painters sanding and painting our door and the walls in the hallway.

Only the location is convenient

Cons:

Bad vibe. To much druggies at the property. No safety. Cleanliness was so bad. Smells bad. Bathroom was not cleaned well and refilled the necessities. Floor was not even vacuumed after previous use.

The location is convenient enough to the CBD. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The room really needed a good clean. The bedding was fine, but otherwise things were very grimy. The chairs were covered in old crumbs and stains, the carpet needed vacuuming, clearly nobody had looked under the bed in a while because there was a lot of rubbish under there, and the whole room had a strange smell. The light in the bathroom didn't work. The shower was either scolding hot for 20 seconds or freezing cold. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything happening in neighboring rooms and the hallway - not a place for light sleepers. Reading through past reviews these are all things that have been previously raised by other guests and despite the hotel's responses, have not been addressed.
