Drinks are not included for dinner.
The breakfast was amazing, pool area was great, staff were very kind and welcoming, gym was well equipped, the smart room with control from the phone.
We felt the hotel was a bit greedy, even though the amount paid for the stay wasn't cheap.
When we requested fork and knife, they advised the service fee is 8 EURO, mini bar peanuts price was 5 EURO, which is wild.
We had some on and off connectivity issues with the channels on the TV.
The view from the balcony was a different hotel's water park, so there was kids noise most of the day.
The shower didn't have a door, so water kept leaking to the room

The hotel is excellent! The service is outstanding, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The entire hotel is spotless and always smells fresh. The pool is wonderful and luxurious, with lounge chairs both inside the water and around the pool.
There are beautiful sea views from the hotel, the breakfast area, and the pool. It's a perfect hotel—clean, fresh-smelling, and an amazing place to stay. Highly recommended!
The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the city center, but transportation is excellent. There are frequent buses and plenty of taxis nearby, so getting around is easy.
There is also a nearby Chabad House for those who keep kosher, and the beach is just a short walk from the hotel.
