Pros:

Отличная гостиница. Просторные комфортные номера. Чисто очень. Завтрак вкусный с большим выбором еды и питья. Легко добераться до любой точки Дюссельдорфа на общественном транспорте.

Cons:

Скорее просто нужно учитывать, что вокруг только офисы и гостиницы. Нет ресторанов, кафешек или суперов.

Leider ziemlich mangelhafte Zimmer
Pros:

Frühstück recht gut, Kissen gut, Sky Bar nett

Cons:

Zimmer mit mehreren Mängeln, die nicht bzw. erst spät behoben wurden:
- Schimmel und Schmutz im Bad
- defekte Einrichtung: Steckdose, Seifenspender
- Handy des Reinigungspersonals hing an unserem Ladegerät zum Aufladen

Sauna war kalt und konnte trotz Hilfe einer Mitarbeiterin nicht aufheizen

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit sehr liebem Personal. Schöne moderne Zimmer, alles sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Liebe Grüße und lieben Dank gehen raus an den Mitarbeiter Issa.

Super Hotel mit angenehm großen, geräumigen Zimmern. Highlight war definitiv die Skybar – der Ausblick und die Atmosphäre dort waren wahnsinnig gut. Sehr gerne wieder!

Kurztrip mit freundlichem Personal und sehr gutem Service.
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich, kompetent und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Unser Zimmer in der 11. Etage mit Balkon war groß und gemütlich. Die Matratzen waren gut zum Schlafen.

Cons:

Das Bad war zwar schön renoviert, aber leider zu klein und dadurch sehr beengt. Für etwas stärker gebaute Personen oder Personen mit Bewegungsproblemen ist dieses Bad nicht geeignet.

Excellent stay
Pros:

It was close to Düsseldorf park where I was going to attend a concert. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean with all facilities included.

Cons:

The restaurant area was quite small.
