Categories

Cleanliness
9
Many guests explicitly praised cleanliness — 'very clean', 'limpio', 'well maintained' — though a few mentions of a dirty bedroom floor and corridor carpet smell reduce it slightly.
Service
9
Repeated positive notes about helpful, pleasant reception and staff. Some service negatives (cleaning interruption before checkout, slow dinner service, breakfast replenishment issues) but overall service sentiment is strong.
Location
9
Consistently described as well located and quiet, close to old/new town; a few guests noted it's a little walk from main strips or not many shops immediately nearby.
Room Quality
9.2
Many comments about spacious, comfortable rooms and excellent beds; isolated issues include small showers, mattress gap on some rooms and one report of a dirty floor.
Amenities
8
Good amenities noted (parking, EV chargers, on-site restaurant) but reports of the gym/indoor pool being unavailable part of stay and a cold pool lower this score.
Value for Money
8.8
Several guests praised value ('excellent relation quality/price', affordable parking), while others flagged expensive drinks/dinner — overall slightly above target.
Food and Beverage
8.3
Breakfast is frequently praised for variety and quality, yet some guests found it overcrowded or of variable ingredient quality; dinners were noted as slow and sometimes overpriced.
Overall Experience
8.3
Majority of reviews describe very comfortable, recommendable stays ('would stay again', 'de 10'), tempered by occasional service/amenity issues experienced by some guests.

Pros:

Loved the location of the hotel, not being in the centre of all activities, but it been a stones throw distance from old and new town in under 5 minutes

Cons:

The hotel was excellent. However, I was not notified that the gym and indoor pool were not available for the first 4 days of our stay.
