Pros:

Location was good. Facilities are nice.
Staff was really nice.

Cons:

Parking to room was a long walk.
Electric issues in the room - non closing light at night, and the AC just turned on on lowest temperature which made us sick.
The smell in the 4th floor is horrible.

Beautiful and fun time
Pros:

Very clean property and we had an amazing view overlooking the pool area but high enough that the noise didn’t bother us. We could also see the ocean from our “garden view” room! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Try the food by the pool it was delicious. Loved that the pool was warmer than expected for summer since it tended to be drizzly most of our stay.

Cons:

Slides only available on weekends though we were only there Wed-Sat so we didn’t get to use at all.

飯店尚可 但人員服務需加強
Cons:

服務人員的服務品質不太積極， check-in 等候的時間太久 不明確的等待指示…. 對小孩家庭沒那麼友善 帶孩子去室內泳池 必須男女分開 但小男孩七歲 一個人 很多不懂 最後沒換衣服出來等媽媽 也沒給浴巾包裹….

似乎 服務人員的英文不那麼友善 也沒有稍微說明當天的活動 有預先comment 要安全床圍 但沒處理 現場又告知一下 但安裝速度很快

但協助行李的人員很好👍

因為跟家人不同房型 被拆的很遠 也不能幫忙換近一點。還要加錢換多人房 沒有其方式解決。

餐廳早餐多樣化 但有小孩亂摸食材無人看管 價格頗高。沒特別好吃

I didn't have an international driving licence which is very convenient in JEJU. So i had to take a transfer for an hour to the city in the north for the day trips.
