A clean and comfortable hotel with excellent staff, although the room view could have been better.
Pros:

Overall, the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were respectful, polite, and professional. Everyone seemed to be doing their best to provide good service, which I really appreciated.

Cons:

The main thing I was disappointed with was the view from my room. I changed rooms on the second day, but unfortunately, the view from the new room was still not what I had hoped for. Considering the quality and location of the hotel, I expected a better room view.

Beautiful beach resort with large rooms
Pros:

The hotel had every accommodation we could have asked for with a beach vacation, but unfortunately it poured while we were there! Instead, we took advantage of a basically empty (and very warm) pool and the bowling alley. It was close to some wonderful sightseeing locations and the shuttle bus to the airport was really nice! All of the staff we encountered spoke excellent English and the room was the largest we had in South Korea.

Cons:

The pool was excellent, but they had strict rules about children wearing life jackets in the deeper (5') end of the pool. While we understood the sentiment, our VERY experienced swimmers were not happy about these limitations. It would have been nice to have been able to test out of this requirement. Had we realized they were a requirement, we would have been better prepared with rash guards!

This is not for non Korean visitors
Pros:

We have been waiting since 8:30 am for check in. I understand that check in time at 3 pm but they don’t speak English and no clear communication about registration to wait to check in. So not just we were waiting long to check in but the process was not clealy communicated so we have to wait even more. The first impression is not there

戶外泳池不錯、飯店服務人員很主動協助。

Cons:

床很難睡，兩個人建議選擇兩小床。否則只有床伴翻身會被晃醒，床很晃。枕頭不好用。
