I didn't have an international driving licence which is very convenient in JEJU. So i had to take a transfer for an hour to the city in the north for the day trips.

Gold jewellery went missing from the Room.

I stayed in this hotel for my honeymoon and I have nothing to say except for that my husband’s wedding present to me, which was a gold bracelet, went missing from my bedside table. The hotel told me that I cannot prove this, but I know where I kept my bracelet and between that evening of taking it off and the checkout, there was one day of a gap and the only person that came in the room aside from my Husband and I for that one day was the cleaning team. Please be careful of your belongings and do not leave them in the open in your bedroom. Use a locker at all times, please. I hope no other guest has to go through the trauma I went through.

Pros:

Une chambre spacieuse, avec terrasse donnant sur la piscine. Un séjour très agréable avec concert le soir, piscine chauffée, propreté de la chambre et personnel très disponible et accueillant.

5성급 호텔이 제공하는 기본적인 서비스와 직원분들의 친절함, 세심한 관찰에서 나오는 배려와 도움이 완벽했습니다. 체크인을 위한 프론트에서부터 아주 만족스러웠어요. 숙박 가능한 방 중 저희에게 가장 좋다고 생각하시는 방의 이유를 알려주시며 추천하고 제공해 주셨습니다. 조식과 석식도 아주 좋았는데요. 찬 음식부터 따뜻한 음식, 서양식까지 다양해서 좋았어요. 자리 안내부터 설명까지 직원분들의 친절함은 더욱 기분 좋은 식사로 이어지는 포인트였습니다 :) 따뜻한 물의 수영장 해온은 과연 롯데호텔의 자랑이라고 볼 수 있었습니다. 물 관리부터 안전요원님들의 주의와 안내, 매일 저녁의 공연은 즐거운 휴가를 만끽하기에 더없이 좋은 요소였습니다.

빵의 퀄리티가 조금 더 좋았으면 해요. 특히 미니 바게트가 아주 실망스러웠는데요. 유럽 마트에서 파는, 1유로에 대량으로 살 수 있는 제품과 똑같았어요. 한국에도 좋은 바게트 많은데, 그 바게트를 반으로 잘라 제공하시는 것이 훨씬 만족도가 좋을 것으로 보입니다. 또한 해온에서 매일 저녁 펼쳐지는 멋진 공연은 마이크 및 음질 개선이 필요합니다. 높은 데시벨과 큰 음량을 마이크가 잘 수음하지 못하더라고요. 그래서 여성 보컬 분들의 노래가 정말 잘 들리지 않아 안타까웠고 남성 보컬 분들이 부르실 때도 낮은 음역대여도 음량이 커지면 수음이 안 돼 소리가 나오지 않더라고요. 공연해 주시는 가수분들 실력이 너무 좋으신데 마이크가 받쳐 주지 못해 이 부분이 개선되면 너무 좋겠습니다.
