I had a good 3 days at this hotel, when arrived I was welcomed with excellent service and warm smile from front desk lady, got my key straight away and my room was warm n clean. Had no issues with the shower n the noise from level 2 was no issue as there renovating, the view was good seeing the lake. The only down fall is there was no plates, bowls and cutlery just cups n t spoons so couldn't really bring a meal back to really enjoy with nothing to put it on but the breakfast was always ready at 6am which was a really good filling breakfast with nice coffee. Really loved my stay.

Close to town
Awesome location, nice and quiet and warm being it was very cold outside. Super handy to town and food places.
Shower leaked out the door onto the bath mat and not just a little it was drenched. Easy fix if the seals just get replaced though.
The location was perfect for us as I was in Rotorua for the Run the Forest event. The park pick-up point was only about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which made the morning of the run so easy and convenient. It was also great being so close to Eat Streat, with plenty of places nearby to grab something to eat.
The bed was super comfy and spacious, and the air conditioning kept the room at the perfect temperature. After the run, it was definitely nice to come back to a comfortable room and relax!
Only a very minor thing – there was no cutlery available in the room, which would have been handy when having a quick meal or takeaway.
Excellent location, room was lovely, comfy bed and all you need.
