Nous venons depuis des années à Hôtel 10:
Très bon accueil, service voiture très pratique, très propre, bonne taille des chambres, calme, et très bien situé. Le personnel est professionnel et sympa.

Cons:

Peut-être proposer thé et infusion dans les chambres.

Pros:

Chambre impeccable!!!, d'une grande propreté. Au goût du jour. Lits très confortables. Personnel courtois et serviable. Hotel très bien situé a distance de marche de plusieurs attraits ( Quartier chinois, quartier des spectacles, Vieux-Port etc ) Service de valet onéreux mais Oh combien sécurisant d'avoir le stationnement sous l'hotel plutôt que d'aller dans des stationnements payants beaucoup plus loin. Restaurant avec déjeuner buffet chaud très apprécié aussi. J'y retournerai à mon prochain séjour à Montréal c'est sûr!!

Cons:

Pour les gens de la campagne qui ne sont pas habitué à la ville comme moi, il n'était pas clair comment fonctionnait le service de valet. Je cherchais une ''entrée'' ou lui laisser mon auto qu'il puisse la stationner. J'ai fait le tour du pâté 3X avant d'interpeller le valet devant la porte à mon 3ieme passage qui m'a dit de simplement laisser l'auto dans la rue et qu'il allait la stationner après m'être enregistré. C'est seulement au check-out en m'en allant que j'ai remarqué la mini pancarte dans la rue de stationnements réservés pour le service de valet de l'hotel. Sinon tout était parfait!!
