Pros:

Modern, clean, upscale, ,spacious, comfy beds.

Cons:

Minor issues -air conditioing system was not functioning when we arrived. A/C .system needed to be reset by staff. Coffee machine in room was not working.

Buen hotel, moderno y bonito.
Pros:

Cama muy cómoda, habitación práctica con espacio para guardar nuestras cosas, limpieza estupenda y el baño estaba muy bien. La ubicación era buena, fuimos caminando a la catedral. El hotel nos gustó mucho

Cons:

Que no tenía el desayuno incluido, había que pagarlo aparte y era muy caro, vimos el bufet y no merecía la pena, no estaba bien.

Pros:

the room smells like pet sanitizer, i had fluff all over my room from what must have been a dog toy. would not stay here again.

the smell of the rooms, the bed was not comfortable and over the experience was blah

Pros:

Nice windows, a lot of light. The location is really good: 3 blocks from downtown, 20 minutes walk to the old city and a lot of good restaurants around

Great hotel but use transport to get out to visit sites
Pros:

It was very clean and comfortable and always smelled fresh. Valet parking worked very well.

Cons:

The areas above and below it were rundown in places. The walk to the key sites was underwhelming and I would suggest walking a few minutes to the metro and using this to get to old town and the port etc
