A special romantic destination. Outstanding front of house staff. A must visit.
Pros:

Pousada Castelo is special. It is this hidden romantic gem of a hotel within the walls of the castle, perched on top a hill with magnificent views both south towards Setubal and north towards Lisbon. We enjoyed our stay and regretted not booking for longer.

מעל ומעבר לצפיות . מיקום מעולה בתוך הטירה ההיסטורית . יחס אנושי מעולה דאגו לפרטים הקטנים .פרגנו באדיבות. נוף מטורף על העיר העתיקה ועד לליסבון. ארוחת בוקר מפנקת עם קפה טעים. מים ויין בחדר (אנחנו לא שותים יין אבל זאת מחווה נחמדה) .
ממליצים בחום . זה המקום בפלמלה .

Lieu superbe, avec une vue à 360°. Dormir dans un château, c'est une expérience à faire au moins une fois

Cons:

Le cadre est magnifique et mérite vraiment le détour. En revanche, nous avons trouvé le repas un peu décevant par rapport à nos attentes.

Fabulous location super food
Pros:

It was beautiful in fabulous location. Clean and surprisingly comfortable. Dinner was superb with a good choice

Cons:

The staff could have been slightly friendlier, there seemed to be very few so slight wait at the bar etc would still recommend and return!

Beautiful property but room extremely HOT
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and a wonderful piece of history. The breakfast was very nice. The room was a good size and decorated nicely.

Cons:

The air condition does not provide any air and the vent in the wall is very small. We had to open the windows and use the 2 fans we travel with just to have air flow. We did not get any sleep. When I told the first desk about it the next morning how hot our room was, I was told it was to be expected to have a hot room since they had a yellow heat alert.
