The experience of sleeping in patrimony such as the Castle of Palmela is incredible and one of a kind. We loved the themed royal portuguese decoration mixed with modern features that made it feel like a premium experience. The staff was super friendly and always at disposal! We had a late check-in (7pm) and there was no problem at all. The breakfast is complete and delicious, and with good hours, until 10h30am. The room service for dinner was also really delicious.

Fica apenas um pequeno reparo: Apesar da limpeza do quarto ser boa, os azulejos da casa de banho precisavam uma limpeza com maior pormenor.
Personnel très à l’écoute. Très agréable. Emplacement avec vue sur château et ville. Le lieu est très beau.

Die Anlage an sich und die großen Zimmer waren der Hammer. Frühstück auch sehr lecker und wenig los. Saßen alleine im Innenhof im Freien!

Já havíamos nos hospedado, eu e minha esposa, anos atrás. Desta vez retornamos com nossos familiares, para uma confraternização, tendo a data coincidido com a véspera de meu aniversário.
Experiência inesquecível.
Lo mejor el personal, sumamente amable, tanto en recepción como en el servicio de desayuno. La limpieza impecable. Las instalaciones fantásticas, la habitación increible, cómoda y confortable. Pese a estar justo al lado del ascensor y oirse cuando este funcionaba, no es el típico hotel enorme donde la gente sube y baja continuamente... no nos llegó a molestar. No había ruido ya que las paredes son muy gruesas y está muy bien aislado.
Trato exquisito por parte del personal y además una ubicación explendida. Es un castillo con historia y el edificio así lo muestra. Es una gran recomendación si visitas la zona.
El lugar es ideal pero se ve en 1/2 días. Es la única crítica. Se hace corto
