Rigtig fin og venlig betjening både i reception og restaurant. Højt rengøringsniveau

Hyggeligt hotel i meget fin stand. Udmærket restaurant og dejlig morgenmad

Cons:

Hotelværelset jeg fik var simpelthen for småt, også prisen taget i betragtning. Heldigvis havde jeg ikke kuffert med, for man ville ikke kunne stille den noget sted. Døren til badeværelset kunne kun åbnes halvt pga. de små forhold og toilettets placering. En lidt klaustrofobisk oplevelse - desværre.

Jeg undrer mig over et personale, der ikke siger godmorgen, godaften osv. til deres gæster. Det kræver så lidt og betyder så meget!

Cons:

Blev vækket af MEGET høj musik. Det lød vitterligt som om, vi sov ovenover et diskotek. Vi lå og håbede på, at larmen ville stoppe klokken 2, men da den blev 2:15 og musikken fortsat spillede ekstremt højt, gik min mand ned for at finde ud af, hvor det kom fra. Han fandt ud af, at der blev holdt et bryllup på hotellet, og at det var derfra, larmen kom.


​Der var ingen medarbejdere at se, men han fandt et telefonnummer, man kunne ringe til. Vi ringede op og fik fat i en venlig dame, der fortalte, at hun var i gang med at gøre rent, og at brylluppet først sluttede klokken 3. Hun tilbød pænt at gå ind og spørge, om de kunne skrue lidt ned. Det takkede vi ja til, men vi kunne overhovedet ingen forskel høre, og musikken bankede videre indtil klokken 3.

Knap, maar waarom?
Pros:

We boekten de royal suite, die is ENORM groot, ze is zo ingericht dat je eerder een meetingroom binnenkomt ipv een gezellig salon. (Geeft een rare indruk)
Maar de kamer is over het algemeen prachtig.
