Pros:

pool has a great view and easy to access, we were worried it would be very crowded but we didn't have trouble finding chairs. everything was clean and tidy. very calm and quiet in the hotel in general. also we were there for a special occasion and the hotel gave us a welcome drink and patisseries in the room

i wish there were more toiletries available in the room

Wspaniały hotel i na pewno polecę go moim znajomym.
Pros:

Wspaniały hotel, rewelacyjna obsługa, widok z naszego pokoju cudowny, bardzo czysto, wyposażenie pokoju dopracowane w najmniejszym szczególe. Łóżka wygodne, pokój przestrzenny, strefa basenowa na ostatnim piętrze jest bardzo miłym dodatkiem. Śniadanie bardzo dobre i urozmaicone. Obsługa bardzo miła. Dodatkowo na dole hotelu jest bardzo dobra restauracja, idealne miejsce na kolację.

Cons:

Jedynym minusem jest lokalizacja bo jeśli ktoś nastawia się na zwiedzanie Lizbony to jednak musi dojeżdżać, spacerem dość daleko. W pobliżu hotelu jest piękny park więc idealne miejsce na spacer.

Schöne Zimmer und viel Komfort in guter Lage
Pros:

Äußerst freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, schönes und komfortables Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick, großes und reichhaltiges Frühstücks-Buffet.
Der Wellness-Bereich war klein, aber gemütlich und sauber. Viele interessante Orte sind fußläufig erreichbar, wenn man will - ansonsten sind auch Öffis in der Nähe.
In der Bar im Erdgeschoß gab es abends Live-Musik, unsere alkoholfreien Cocktails und die Snacks waren hervorragend.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff was amazing. Very friendly, kind, attentive. I needed a breakfast at 4 am ahead of my marathon, and they got me everything I needed. Big thank you! Great roof top pool, nice spa area.

Cons:

Could not connect my iPhone to a tv for a mirror cast. But was not a big issue for me, and I never brought it up during my stay. So can not complain.

good location, too expensive! Breakfast staff not well trained to be attentive!

Reception was helpful.

Cons:

Too busy. Staff not personally attentive. Only interested in removing used plates or re-organising table. Do not chase up coffee or food orders. Need to be much more attentive for 5x hotel. Elevator was too small for wing (634)
