Excellent hotel with a high level of service. Comfortable and clean room. There is a rooftop pool with a spectacular view. Good gym and nice spa. Excellent breakfast.
The sites of old Lisbon are a bit far from the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at EPIC SANA Marquês Hotel and would definitely rate it 10/10.
The hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. My room was stylish, spacious, and very comfortable, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in.
The location is great, 20 minutes by foot to the city center and 5 min to the metro station.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality food. One of the highlights of my stay was the outdoor pool, which offers an incredible view over the city—it was easily one of the best hotel pool views I’ve ever experienced.
What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone at the reception was incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions or requests.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon. I would happily stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Lovely roof top infinitely pool.
The bathroom was not suitable for older travellers. Much prefer walk in showers. When researching the property to book this was not shown. Difficult to get in and out of and dangerous. Also I had a faulty shower head that needed replacing.
Amazing hotel, amazing staff, great location. 10/10 experience all the staff was super nice and helpful, the hotel is beautiful, Didn't use all the amenities because of time but such a great experience hope to come back soon. the room was beautiful and they left us small gift every night which was so thoughtful.
Very nice gym and adult only pool with a sauna. The rooftop pool was nice as well. The room itself was great - spacious and comfortable. It was always cleaned nicely. It was a very aesthetic hotel and the staff were always quick to help and friendly.
Didn’t like the bathtub and would’ve preferred a shower however I understand that you need to book a premium room for the shower.

L'emplacement, le petit déjeuner exceptionnel,, le restaurant qui est très fin la literie et le calme si on laisse les fenêtres fermées et si titre bien les rideaux. La piscine sur le toit est une belle expérience mais ne.comptez pas nager, ce n'est pas fait pour!
Le fait d'avoir réservé un King bed et avoir 2 lits séparés. Que mes filles aient eu dans leur chambre l'impossibilité de prendre une douche car ne fonctionnait pas.. Être relogé mais dans la nouvelle chambre fuite au niveau du robinet du lavabo et du jet de la douche. Plomberie à revoir! Pas de savon pour le corps ni dans notre chambre ni celle de mes filles. Un geste aurait été apprécié mais ce n'est pas à moi de le demander ..même si il y a eu des fruits et des pastei mis a disposition..
