Uma estadia confortável, com excelente atendimento, apesar dos problemas na casa de banho e da demora do elevador.
Pros:

O atendimento é singular e os serviços também. O quarto estava bem arrumado e limpo.

Cons:

Ao tomar banho, a água vazava pelo banheiro, pois o escoamento do box e a vedação não eram bons. Além disso, um ponto bastante negativo é o elevador da área Premium, que demora muito. Cheguei a ter que esperar mais de 5 minutos pelo elevador e, quando ele chegou, estava cheio. Isso não corresponde ao padrão do hotel.

While the hotel itself was great, our check-in experience was incredibly frustrating due to one specific staff member: Martin Ferreira.

We pre-checked in at 8:30 AM and were promised our room would be ready by 2:00 PM. After exploring the city, we returned at 3:15 PM, only for Martin to arrogantly tell us our room still wasn't ready. His rude, dismissive attitude and condescending replies gave off distinct racially biased vibes.

Frustrated by his hostility, my wife stepped over to the female agent at the next desk. She checked the system, immediately confirmed our room *was* ready, and kindly escorted us to the elevator.

The contrast was stark. The female agent was a class act who knew her job, while Martin was lazy, arrogant, and utterly incompetent. Management needs to address his behavior—he is a major liability to an otherwise excellent hotel.

Eine klare Empfehlung!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage - ganz in der Nähe gibt es eine Metrostation, sodass alle Ziele sehr einfach zu erreichen waren. Das Frühstück war großartig und das Personal sehr professionell und freundlich.
