Falta mantenimiento en las habitaciones, fuimos por la pileta y no estaba disponible por tareas de mantenimiento, no fue informado al momento de la reserva.
El servicio, la atención, la predisposición y amabilidad de todos los empleados. Las instalaciones y limpieza, también muy bueno.

El ambiente
Nada
A localização é excelente, em um bairro muito seguro e bonito, amplo e arborizado, moderníssimo, com várias opções de restaurantes, cafés e lanchonetes. Há pequenos mercados ao redor e uma farmácia ótima bem perto. O hotel é muito confortável, o sistema de aquecimento é excelente, o café da manhã é completo e gostoso. Os funcionários são educados e solícitos. Tanto o check in, quanto o check out, foram rápidos e eficientes. Já conhecia Buenos Aires e tinha ficado em hotéis ótimos em Recoleta, mas, quando voltar, ficarei no Hotel Madero novamente, valeu muito a pena.
Apenas dois pontos a melhorar:
- os recepcionistas não falam português e o que nos recebeu à noite e fez o nosso chek in passou as informações da estada em espanhol muito rápido e não se esforçava para entender o que dizíamos. Os outros recepcionistas foram bem mais prestativos. Vimos que nos demais estabelecimentos comerciais (restaurantes, lanchonetes, farmácias, mercados etc), todos os atendentes eram muito solícitos e se esforçavam para se comunicar conosco, não só em português, mas também em inglês, pois não falamos espanhol. Mas o hotel precisa melhorar nesse ponto, porque ficou difícil, a comunicação.
- o outro ponto a melhorar é o wi-fi do hotel (ou a televisão). Embora o hotel tenha wi-fi e televisores smart, não funciona. Não sei se o wi-fi é lento ou se as tvs são antigas e não suportam, mas não deu para utilizar. Não foi um super problema, só um ponto a melhorar, também.
Precioso hotel, habitación muy amplia con una rica terraza. Muy bonito, rico desayuno, bien ubicado, excelente atención. Muy recomendable!
