Great parking, great amenities, and rooms just not very welcoming staff.
Pros:

Honestly, everything was great except the staff. Very unwelcoming upon visit. Girl at the front desk is definitely on a power trip. Everything else was great, but as the first impression of the place, the staff was not friendly.

Declining standards and poor management of this property
Pros:

Located close to GO transit. Breakfast was decent. Dining option’s across from hotel.

Cons:

Were there for 3 days and no cleaning or towel exchange. You had to go to reception and ask for towels and toilet paper . Felt like a hostal. Not what I would have expected from a Marriott hotel at this price point. Rooms not very clean and sheets that were so worn I was surprised they didn’t have holes in them. Very disappointing stay. Would not return.

Overall staying at the Residence by Marriott was a relaxing experience.
Pros:

The personnel were friendly, helpful and courteous. Greatly appreciated their hospitality and service.

Cons:

We travelled with family so we were able to see their room. It was lovely, our room was a little worn and tired looking.

The toilet, didn't flush properly, the shower door in room 202 wouldn't stay shut and we had to block it from opening while in the shower

Conforme à la description, mais pas correct sur le plan financier
Pros:

La chambre était conforme à la description, même si le canapé-lit est un peu juste pour deux adolescents

Cons:

Le paiement de la chambre nous a été réclamé à l’arrivée alors que c’était payé depuis plusieurs mois, et 5 jours après notre départ (sans encombre) de l’établissement la garantie de 150 CAD n’a toujours pas été libérée (et les messages envoyés restent sans réponse)
