Hotel Sumengen is a wonderful hotel located at a few minutes walk to blue mosque and major tourist attractions. The hotel staff namely Najmetin and Mohammed were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. the family room we booked was exactly how it was in the pictures and the room was tidy and our stay was very comfortable. moreover the breakfast was also pretty good and had a wonderful view of the sea from rooftop

All in all we had a good experience

Cons:

The family rooms should have Fans as the room is big and air conditioner is only on 1 side of room whereas the other side is without fan or ac that takes time to cool up

We had a fantastic stay! The service was exceptional from start to finish, and a special thank you to Joe for going above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. His kindness and willingness to assist made our trip so much better. We truly appreciate everything he did and would highly recommend this hotel.

فندق رائع ونظيف وموقعه قريب من اياصوفيا والجامع الازرق جميع المرافق رائعة والافطار جيد والموظفين رائعين وحريصين على المساعدة واخص بالشكر الاخ نجم الدين الذي يتحدث اللغة العربية على اخلاقه العالية ومساعدته وحسن تعامله ، كان حجزي 5 ليالي وبسبب ظروف الطيران الغيت الليلة الاخيرة والفندق مشكورا تعاون معي ووافق على الالغاء واستعادة النقود سأكرر الزيارة ان شاء الله

I had a wonderful stay at hotel sumengen . The location is perfect , within walking distance of Hagia Sophia , the blue mosque , and many other attractions. The rooms were clean , comfortable, and well maintained

What made this stay truly exceptional was hospitality of CAN . He was always friendly , professional and ready to help with any request. His warm attitude and attention to detail made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived .

The breakfast was delicious, the staff were attentive and overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend hotel sumengen to anyone visiting Istanbul and would definitely stay here again .
