The customer service was excellent. The location was very good.

Cons:

The shower requires you to be in it in order to turn it on which was uncomfortable. Also, it uses a half door which allowed water to go throughout the bathroom.

Dicht bij de Sagrada

Cons:

Het ontbijt was slecht en ongezellig in een kelder. Geen bruin brood meer, koud water om thee te maken.
Weinig keus en het koekje bij de koffie was taai.
Het geluid van de auto’s op de kamer was vreselijk. Alsof ze binnen rijden. Als iemand in de kamer boven je een stoel verplaatst hoor je het ook.

Great location for touristic spots, restaurants and public transport.
Pros:

The location was exceptional, calm, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable.
We got lucky to have a room with Sagrada Familia view.

Cons:

The room wasn’t soundproof, we could hear people talking in the hallway.
There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.
