Pros:

Thre room well furnished and the reception very friendly.

Cons:

A very poor Breakfast a cooler bag is brought to the room. I think if they did not offer breakfast they would be better off.

Eine Empfehlung für die Besichtigung von Ville de Quebec.
Pros:

Hotel in historischem Haus am Rande der Altstadt. Parkplatz gegen Gebühr auf der anderen Straßenseite..
Zimmer und Bad groß genug. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Es gibt keinen Frühstücksraum. Das Frühstück wird zum Zimmer gebracht. Kaffee kann man im Zimmer zubereiten. Tee kann am Empfang zubereitet werden.
Vom Hotel aus, kann die Stadt fußläufig besichtigt werden. Super Lage!
Freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption.

Lovely place, staff was beyond helpful.
Pros:

breakfast delivered to door every morning. croissants were wonderful! espresso pods available for the room which was perfect! staff was incredible and sooo helpful.

Cons:

Loved that there was a little gym, although equipment was a little old. couldn't get the eliptical machine to work, but the rower was fine!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen und werden das Haus auf alle Fälle w

Die Form war gewöhnungsbedürtig, aber sehr gut … insbesondere das Gebäck war ausgezeichnet.
Da wir Teetrinker sind, war es kein Problem einen Heißwasserkocher und verschiedene Teesorten zu bekommen.

Cons:

Am vorletzten Morgen waren wir etwas irritiert über die die Anfrage, ob wir überhaupt Roomservice benötigen, da wir zum Zeitpunkt der Anfrage noch nicht aufbruchbereit waren.
Wir hatten leider auch den Eindruck, dass man uns das verübelte, da z.B. das benutzte Handtuch nicht gewechselt war und es auch keine Lotion gab. Aber vielleicht täuschte ja dieser Eindruck 🙃.

Pros:

Lovely hotel with sweet breakfast experience. Our room, 202, sadly was directly above the neighborhood bar and the outdoor crowd kept us awake until 3am each evening.

Perfect Stay
Pros:

This hotel was in the best location, close to all the attractions. The staff were so helpful and able to answer all our questions. We loved the continental breakfast brought to our door each morning. The room was bright and comfortable. We will stay again next time in Quebec City.

Lovely hotel very close to old Quebec center
Pros:

very friendly welcome. Rooms were very comfortable with breakfast delivered to the door. Parking available upon request. Front desk clercs were lovely and very helpful for any information you may need. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Die Hotelzimmer waren niedlich eingerichtet. Parken war zwar kostenpflichtig, aber gegenüber super gelöst. Zum Auspacken konnte man direkt vor den Eingang fahren. Wir würden es wieder buchen.
