Sweet staff. The hotel was packed. We were there for an anniversary dinner and breakfast which was nicely done. Wonderful views of Tower Bridge the Thames and the south bank. Location is ace. Staff were sweet if overburdened. I was told I had left my cardigan in the restaurant immediately.
The weather is very hot. Although there was air con in public rooms there was no air con in our standard bedroom - which was also minuscule for 2 people - so it was quite a hot uncomfortable night given the current heat wave. Bathroom was fine. The restaurant was jam packed at breakfast (we weren’t late). Queues everywhere for everything including check out. Overall it seemed slightly
chaotic.
Fantastic location, views to die for!
Nothing!
I stayed here last September and enjoyed it so much I returned.
Location is good and has a resort feel about it. Having the restaurant onsite . Concierge were very helpful. Restaurant staff were also very good. One or two staff in particular. I became a regular there on the 3 nights I stayed there. Breakfast was good and well organised. Very busy though.
Where is the reception ? I was a bit shocked at the new check in process . Self check in. I found the two staffed stands under the stairs check in area of putting and staff not helpful to be honest. There was one female staff member who did come to my rescue however who seemed in a supervisor floor walker role and sorted it all out for me.
Room a bit tired and needs updating, which seems quite consistent with other travellers comments.

Can't find anything. I was only there 1 day wish I would have booked for longer.
The view was amazing 🤩
great breakfast good location
Terrible. So much money for a great view but the state of the rooms were horrendous. Not worth the money at all. Cupboards/bed side tables were broken, stains all over the carpet, shower had mould/rust.
Would not recommend AT ALL!
Tower view is amazing! Good size room for London standards, very comfy bed, earplugs a must as the AC is a bit loud, decor a bit jaded, good location.
The Tower by Thistles Central location makes for an easy commute to all of the great attractions London has to offer. The room was very spacious and cool especially given the heat at the moment. I would have liked for breakfast to be included in the price as £975 for two people over 3 nights was a bit expensive.
Location of hotel is great. We always come to this hotel as we can park in the car park & with the food drink & view we don’t move much for a night stay
Not sure I’m not liking the self check in/out. Only saw the hospitality staff no other staff to ask didn’t see no one to help if you needed it to check in! What has happened to all your reception staff??
Great location and beautiful view of the tower
The rooms could do with slight upgrades and better AC for warmer weather
Nothing
We paid for a kitchen there were two knives three spoons no sharp knives no kitchen utensils no washing up liquid etc
No racks in the oven Impossible to cook It took three trips to reception and having to DEMAND to have the bathroom light fixed, the toilet seat fixed…..The bed was very old and Lumpy
The housekeeping was dreadfully dirty towels left, tissues, coffee pods not replaced YUK
Muy comodo. Bien ubicado y con aire acondicionado, importante los dias que estuvimos.
Baño un poco antiguo.
