It was very relaxing great location, would recommend
Our room looked tired mould on bathroom ceiling mirror had the edging stripped off
The view of the bridge and little food truck walkway by the river is great.
The location was great!
The building works were underrated in the description, when we arrived they were so loud and went from 0800-1700 Monday - Friday. The air conditioning also couldn’t handle a heat wave!! We moved rooms a number of times due to this.
Great location on the banks of the Thames with Tower Bridge framing the scene.
The location was fabulous
Rooms were small
Rooms clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy and automated. Bar area was lovely and great view of Tower Bridge.staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.
Would have preferred room with just walk in shower rather than shower over bath but that’s just my personal preference.
Hotel in great location staff very pleasant and helpful breakfast very good
Few cleaning issues let reception know when leaving
The location of the hotel is excellent. Hop on hop off bus is only about 19 minutes away as well as the nearest underground station being close by as well.
The facilities themseleves were not that great. Are room as expensive as it was did not have a refrigerator and the bath area was pretty filthy and hard for my family to use and feel clean. I did let hotel staff know the first day but nothing was done
Location was great with a view of the Tower Bridge
Comfortable bed
Didn’t eat there but plenty of pubs nearby to choose from
Some need of a refurbishing some cupboards had loose doors
The location
Rooms and bathrooms need up dating for the price paid
Location. Location. Location.
This hotel couldn't have been in a more perfect spot for the best view of the Tower Bridge. We selected a Bridge view specifically so may have paid slightly more than if we had a room round the back, but boy it was worth it.
The rooms themselves are slightly dated but the beds & pillows were super comfy. The room was quiet, airy & had good facilities. The tv could have been better if it were a smart tv as we were forced to watch terrestrial tv but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room so it wasn't too much of a big deal.
Easy check in & check out as there were multiple self check in machines in the lobby. It did lack human interaction though so may not suit everyone.
I would definitely stay here again.
The whole experience
Birthday cake was in the room with wine. Absolutely beautiful. Above and beyond
The only good thing was the view of the tower bridge which you pay extra for
This hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but the reality is a 1-star. The room was dirty, freezing, and neglected.
The room was incredibly dusty, the desk lamp was filthy, the carpets were uncleaned, and there were marks on the walls. There was no central heating; the provided portable radiator was broken, missing a wheel, and had a faulty temperature gauge.
Maintenance was terrible: the bathroom had chipped surfaces, no toilet brush, a broken ceiling light, and cheap, poorly painted wardrobe doors. There was also a severe lack of electrical sockets, and by 3:30 PM, the room still had not been serviced. Avoid this place.
