Tutti i voti positivi riguardano la vista sul TowerBridge (a pagamento) e in minima parte alla colazione e a uno dei resposabili.
ASSURDO mettersi a lavorare nella stanza sopra con il martello elettrico, trapani a tardo pomeriggio; la gente rientra dai giri per rilassarsi qualche ora per poi riuscire la sera e loro fanno un baccano assurdo finchè non li chiami e li fanno smettere per riprendere il mattino della partenza alle 9!!!!
La doccia vascata con lo scarico parzialmente intasato che usandola l'acqua arrivava alle caviglie con fughe nere alle mattonelle e una tendina del Brico. Lamentandoci han mandato un inserviente che ha migliorato leggermente ma assolutamente non risolto nulla. E tutto questo sul conto non ha influito perchè sconti zero!

The concierge was very helpful.
On our honeymoon, hotel was being remodelled. Power tools also digging up the road under our window. Manager couldn't/ wouldn't move us. Offered a sister hotel in marble arch, nowhere near the tower!! We came home without staying. Very disappointed.

Shower was broken on arrival. Requested it to be fixed and it did get fixed.
Toilet flush didn’t always work. Low pressure.

No A/cin room , and room temp never went below 28 c
Room is shabby and tired , the bathroom is a disgrace .
The reception area is a building site , so noisy one cannot talk clearly with staff ( this should be informed to customer when booking)

Massive hotel. Wonderful view of tower bridge. Few problems. Like construction we were not informed about. However we were out all day so missed 90% of the noise. Very hot in room. No AC. fan was ok. Friendly professional staff. Powerful shower and a deep bath and of course the views. Lovely. Will return

Bathroom was just about ok. Mouldy grout and sealant around the bath/shower and cracked floor tiles in bathroom.

The view was amazing, but the room felt like a sauna because the air conditioning did not work. At 1:00 AM, it was 27 degrees inside, and I had to beg for a fan and ice to keep my two young children safe from overheating. Front desk staff unhelpfully told us to just close the curtains, completely ruining the view we paid for. For a luxury hotel, this is unacceptable. They need to invest in clear window tinting to block the heat without blocking the view.
