La ubicación, el personal del comedor y la amplitud de las habitaciones.

Cons:

La incongruencia que la piscina climatizada estaba cerrada porque ya tienen temporada de verano, pero el aire acondicionado no lo tienen activado porque aún no es la temporada de verano y la grifería de la habitación, vieja y deteriorada tanto la ducha como el lavabo. El café del buffet bastante malo.

Nice place for rest

Був прекрасний вид з балкону нашої кімнати - на вулкан Тейде. Була смачна різноманітна кухня. Бар біля басейну - робив класні коктейлі. Басейн був прикольний теж, і сам отель надворі - теж.

Cons:

Нас спочатку поселили в кімнату де був запах сечі, і вони намагалися її старанно витерти, але це не допомогло. Але ми попросили інший номер - і той був набагато краще. Мабуть рішення з ковроліном на підлозі не виправдало себе з роками.

Pros:

Hotel con una gran variedad de servicios y entretenimiento. Piscinas exteriores e interiores muy cuidadas y siempre disponibles. Un personal excepcional y muy servicial. Comidas variadas y abundantes, las intolerancias y alergias las llevan a rajatabla. Calidad precio súper recomendable.
