Tranquilidad
Pros:

Fui sola con dos niños de cuatro años y todo fueron ayudas, así que seguro que volveré porque el personal fue estupendo. Hotel muy tranquilo.

Cons:

Si tengo que decir algo malo es el aparcamiento y las hamacas pero es lo normal de otros establecimientos.

Buena relación calidad-precio. Buena ubicación, con muchas tiendas al lado del hotel. No hace falta pagar el parking, puedes aparcar cerca del hotel gratis. Buena habitación y buenas piscinas.

Cons:

El buffet de la cena tenía muy poca variedad, el desayuno estaba bien.

Только вернулись с отпуска!
Ну в целом все шикарно, 3 комплекса отеля , бассейны , лежаки моют каждый день чистая территория. Разнообразные ужины, очень понравилось что на ужине можно заплатить 3 евро и пей любые напитки безлимит.
На бассейн выдают полотенца, каждый день уборка номеров. Вид на Тейде и океан с нашего номера был потрясающий. От отеля на пляже возит трансфер. На 7м этаже смотровая и бар с одной стороны океан с другой Тейде.
Рекомендую этот отель и город Puerto de la Cruz ♥️

Cons:

Я заранее писала и попросила 1 Матрас на двуспальной кровати, но видать свободных номеров с такой услугой не было. Но в целом не страшно, очень многие отели практикуют 2 сдвинутые кровати.

Adorámos toda a estadia, recomendamos imenso e sem dúvida que será um lugar a regressar!
Pros:

Tudo perfeito. Desde a localização, refeições, quartos bastantes espaçosos, com espaço de lazer (varanda) e uma vista magnífica com uma boa relação qualidade/preço, ao entretenimento (tanto diurno como noturno).

Cons:

Pena a piscina interior estar fechada nos meses de verão, daria muito jeito já que apanhámos uns dias nublados.

Overall a good stay.
Pros:

We got the room we requested. The room was clean and renovated - bed was comfortable. The pool was clean from what I saw, although I never used it. When it comes to the food, we had half board, because of the hotel complex, we had to go over into another building to have our breakfast and dinner but overall it was alright.

Cons:

The selection of food could have been better, didn't like that I had to go over into another building to have food, and I had slightly uncooked food at the chef's station.

Poder usar las instalaciones de los 3 hoteles del complejo

Cons:

Que sólo haya 2 toallas de lavabo cuando somos 3 personas y se lleven la sucia y no la repongan tuve que ir a recepción a pedir 2 toallas, sólo dejaron 1 y el todo incluido pésimo comparado con otros hoteles en los que he estado.
