Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che al bar della piscina ho chiesto un cocktail (piña colada) analcolico e mi hanno risposto che non si poteva fare.
The invitation for a day at the SPA offered to clients, the champagne received on my birthday, the varied and tasty food. The airy hotel, the always functional elevators, the possibility to park the car for a fee in the hotel parking lot.
The interior of the rooms is not modern but you have everything you want in the room.
We arrived yesterday and had a very minor issue with our room, Andy from reception was extremely helpful and changed our room immediately. He was kind, efficient and had an amazing attitude. Please pass on as we our now loving every minute of our stay. Thank you again Andy!!
Excellent hotel. From start to finish staff were more than helpful in everything we asked and needed. Food in the restaurant was excellent with lots of options! Will definitely be returning

We really enjoyed this hotel, the interior was beautiful and it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see/do, the food and drinks included were always good and I’d say the place is such good value for what we paid. We enjoyed the entertainment every night and will definitely be back!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation.

Stay alexandra hotel this third time we are in gala this 10 out 10 very good from reception to lounge brekfast swimmin pool the sevice to our room is fantastic you cannot fault this alexandra hotel gala we stay in siesta and troya they all good location in troya further for any action siesta is in the right city center this hotel gala was in the meddle very good staff are friendly good i rate martin the waiter in the bar in pool fantastic service friendly 5 star i rate him a good waiter service for everyone xx

ok for under 30's...hotel is ok but its next to veronicas strip,when you leave hotel your constantly tormented to buy drugs.its a scruffy area with litter and gas bottles left around,,noisy base music to 3am some times ! i wouldnt go back

We stayed here, the hotel was clean, had cleaners in every day which we loved, we were all inclusive for 7 nights, food was good, different theme every night, sangria was gawjus, we stepped off the plane and it was hot all week, no rain at all, on our last day it was 30 degrees, pool was warm, staff was helpful at all times, not far from the town (playas de Americas) beach in walking distance, didn’t have to pay for a safe as it was included, didn’t have a lot of entertain for the kids. Watch out when wanting a branded ice cream!
Great value, amazing staff, and fun entertainment!
For the price, this hotel is a great option. Our rooms were perfectly clean, and the pool bar is excellent for a day in the sun with the kids. A huge special thanks to reception for moving us to a beautiful, quiet garden room after our first night to get away from the outside noise. We also loved the entertainment on a few of the nights; the magician was fantastic and kept us in the hotel after dinner. Would definitely stay again!
Accomar
We arrived here on 19th may, they upgraded our room straight away without us evening asking we had two rooms next to each other, very big and clean rooms.
Pool side was great, very clean a little entertainment around the pool, on of the entertainment reps (Accomar) sorry if spelt that wrong, he was so good with my kids and made there days here that little bit more special.
Great experience here, close to everything and very accommodating would highly recommend it.
Stayed at the hotel for a week from the 15th of may, honestly can’t fault it, pool area is great kids pool is perfect for infants and the food is probably some of the best we have had in from any hotel we have stayed in in Tenerife, also our room cleaner was on point every day and one last thing we would like to say is a big thank you to the hotel management for the bottle of sparkling wine they sent to the room for my partners birthday! All in all we would return to hotel gala without a doubt on future trips to the island
