Gutes Und schnelles Hauskeeping,
Ruhiges Zimmer zum Hinterhof
Kaffeemaaschine und Wasserkocher. das Tee Angebot ist nicht gut, mir fehlte Anis/Kümmel/Fenchel Variante.
Tolles Zimmerdesign, tolles Material, sehr gutes Bett.

Cons:

Nichtreinigung bei 3 Übernachtungen. Dafür aber nur ein Glas und ein Becher. Man musste also 3 Tage mit dreckigem Glas und Becher leben.
Kein Besteck/Löffel für Kaffee.
4 Bügel waren für mich zu wenig.
Sehr schwere Zimmertür
Kein Kaffeeangebot in der Lounge.
Es hat mich irritiert einfach ins Hotel zu können und einfach in alle Etagen zu kommen, ohne Schlüsselkarte. Wie wird die Sicherheit im Hotel vor Dieben, anderem ungebetenen Gästen hergestellt??

Pros:

The location is perfect close to metro in 2 min walking distance. Restaurants, cafe and supermarket around the corner. Wonderful environment. Need work in cleaning and reception services.

Pros:

The Flag never disappoints us. Very clean and neat.

Cons:

Perhaps during the check out. The staff didn’t asked how our stay was and maybe they can smile a lil bit more instead of looking grumpy in the morning.
