ARRIVAL:
24H Reception
TOURIST TAXES will be requested at your arrival. Amount per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.
To check in, it is mandatory to present a valid, physical official identity document, such as a passport or an official national identity card.
SERVICES:
A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€)
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 12 EUR per pet and per day or 75 EUR per pet per week. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (1 pet per apartment)
CLEANING:
Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.
Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided.

Love everything about The Deya, perfect location to bars restaurants and the beach. Room was lovely and clean and Abel and all the staff are always on hand to help and oblige. I have stayed here for many years and will continue to for many more.
That i had to leave 😪
Apart from prime location and value for money I’d like to point out how helpful the reception staff were. I’d like to mention in particular Gabrielle who went above beyond duties helping me carry heavy dance boards and spoke to me with a concern when I saw him out when he wasn’t even working. Superstar!

Pool area very good loads of space and sun beds .. pool spotless .
Very big rooms and decent faciltirs in them . Balcony’s fab and views great
It had a very anything goes attitude and lots of drunken loud youngsters around the pool a lot of days . Maybe it was just the norm for the area and I should have done my homework a little more . Reception area had lots of rubbish around where people had sat and left their rubbish and no rush to clean it up by anyone
