El personal de recepción muy amable. Estaba todo limpio. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y el parking a 10€ está bastante bien. Aparcar fuera en verano es miy difícil.

Cons:

Está bastante anticuado. Necesita un repaso en general. Pintura exterior, marcos de puertas descorchados, etc. Ese tipo de cosas que hacen que el alojamiento pase de aceptable a muy bueno.

Trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.
Pros:

Die Zimmer mit Terrasse oder Balkon sind groß und komfortabel.
Die Lage im Stadtteil perfekt, da nah an verschiedenen Restaurants und Nahverkehr.

Cons:

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, Putz bröckelt von den Wänden und Decken an der Fassade.
Das Auẞengelände inklusive des kleinen Parks ist sehr ungepflegt und das alles macht keinen guten Eindruck.
Es ist eine wunderbare Idee gewesen, leider dem Verfall preisgeben.
