Not much
Power went out for 3 hours no hot water for hot tea they say their hot pot was broken the staff seemed not to care about anything. Had to ask for ice and they gave me a zip locked bag with some ice in it

Perfect location
Bed was too high for transferring from wheel chair. Terrible breakfast.
My wife and I spent one night here, and have to say that this hotel has potential, but his significantly neglected the exterior is filthy. The railings are dirty. All the cap rails are disgusting. It's a desperate need of pressure washing and paint. The walkways are filthy, the room is OK smelled motel funky. I won't stay here again and I definitely won't recommend it. It was a $250 bill that was worth $60. Bill Hickner
Comfortable bed
Very dark at night….a night light would be helpful. Part of the carpet was shredded and the sink drained very slowly. While we appreciated the fresh fruit and Raisin Bran, some plain packets of oatmeal (rather than the sugar laden provided) and bread to toast would be nice.

Pool not working & website stated 2 sofa beds & queen or 2 queen & sofa bed which they do not have.

Carpet was disgusting in both rooms , the sink smelled like sewage in room 207, and the door into the room was unacceptable and felt very low grade with paint chipping and rust- breakfast was not breakfast. When I arrived it took 45 minutes for them to even find my reservation and I was blamed for not making it

Noisy, nothing stocked, no soap, no shampoo, kinda just rundown. But weekdays were fine but weekends....oh my it was So, So loud all night!

Older but some updates. Breakfast ends at 9am. On a vacation I would expect at least 10am.

Shower curtain smeled like mildew. The toliet bowl hadn't been clean. The toliet screeched everytime you flushed it.
