The Receptionist Mona is very nice

Overall our stay was comfortable and we loved the location to the esplanade and shops.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

I didn't like the shared entry to multiple rooms, our neighbours were noisy to the early hours of the morning. I did ring reception for assistance and the gentleman I spoke to was very sorry and helpful with the situation.
The exhaust fan in our bathroom wasn't working.

Enjoyed my stay but wouldn’t stay there again until pool was heated. Beautiful pool with hardly anyone in it.

クイーンベッド2つ、エキストラベッド1つ、シャワートイレ2つずつ、キッチン、ダイニング、洗濯機、乾燥機、食洗機など快適だった

Cons:

ややWiFiが遅い。換気機能がなく、キッチンでステーキを焼いたら煙だらけになり、火災報知器感知され、スタッフが何度か出入りした。

Location was good

Cons:

The rooms are old and run down. Mine was too small for a chair at the desk and I was there for work, so this was not good.
For a 5 night stay the room does not get cleaned, but there was nothing in the room to be able to clean things myself. Not even a liner in the bins!

My colleague was in a wheelchair and they put us in separate buildings so I spent 5 days running between them through the stinky garage.

No restaurant or room service.
And all this for a premium price of over $300 per night.

Disappointing
Pros:

Whole floor and room smelt of mould. Room had a dehumidifier installed, so clearly a known problem. Couldn’t run air con because the smell was too overwhelming. Need to keep balcony door open to allow airflow. Couldn’t sleep like this because of street noise. Super disappointing and shouldn’t be offered

Amazing staff
Pros:

Mantra Trilogy is a great place to stay with excellent views and amenities. Very clean and tidy. A perfect central location with fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. Santiago is by far the best customer service representative i have ever encounted and he went above and beyond to ensure we had one of the most memorable stays. Will definetly be staying again soon. Thank you Santi for everything 😃

You cannot beat the location for staying in Cairns. A better pool than similarly priced hotels.

Cons:

It’s very tired. For the same money the Crystalbrook hotels are more modern/up to date. And just across the street.
