Pros:

I had such a stressful situation during my trip, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without the amazing staff at this hotel.

Everyone was incredibly kind and supportive, especially when I was struggling with my travel arrangements. The staff went above and beyond to help me — making phone calls, coordinating everything for me, and constantly reassuring me when I was overwhelmed.

Their kindness and patience truly made a difficult situation so much easier, and I’ll always remember how cared for I felt during my stay.

Thank you again for your genuine hospitality and support. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Cons:

Wifi terrible, if you are looking to do business look elsewhere. We had a 1 bedroom apartment, it was very tired, no drawers in room so had to keep clothes in suitcases, not great for a 6 night stay. There was an iron mark on the thin old carpet.These units are privately owned so maybe the corporate body need to step in and up the standards.
